dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在於嘗試探討評估探索式檢索的新指標,並以選擇集合模式之集合計算為基礎,試圖了解受試者於不同導覽工具(一般主題導覽工具�社會性導覽工具)之尋書效能,同時藉由探討受試者之使用者經驗的差異,理解社會性導覽工具是否能夠提供給讀者更多感興趣並符合檢索主題之衍生書籍。為有效達成上述之目的,採取實驗法進行實證研究。
本研究之發現歸納如下: (一)當受試者以社會性導覽工具進行尋書任務之時,過程中所經歷的使用者經驗優於一般性導覽工具。社會性導覽工具能夠帶給受試者有趣的瀏覽經驗、能夠幫助受試者認識更多感興趣但之前從未認識的書籍、幫助他們更容易判斷書籍的品質,並且讓他們更方便取得所需的書籍。 (二)在透過集合計算理解不同導覽工具之尋書效能的客觀層次上,受試者使用社會性導覽工具的尋書效能優於一般性導覽工具,社會性導覽工具能幫助受試者搜尋到更多能夠列入考慮的書籍,同時也幫助使用者找到更多符合情境任務的書籍。然而,在主觀認知的層次上,受試者使用社會性覽工具和一般性導覽工具之尋書效能在是否符合任務情境的需求以及新奇性上並無差異。但比起一般性導覽工具,社會性導覽工具能夠幫助受試者增加對於所選書籍之其他衍生書籍的認識,同時也有助於受試者在未來進行相關尋書任務時,更容易找到與所選書籍有關之其他衍生書籍。 (三)書籍類型(小說�非小說)與不同導覽工具之間在使用經驗與主觀尋書效能上並沒有交互作用的產生;在客觀尋書效能上,僅有「考慮集合�感知集合」此一項目上不同導覽工具與小說類型會產生交互作用,「選擇集合�感知集合」則同樣沒有交互作用產生。 | zh_TW |
