| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在探討如何藉由公眾參與式地理資訊系統提升居民參與社區環境的規劃。仙跡岩位於臺北市文山區，其所屬的行政村里是由文山區景東、興安、興業、興得、明義、華興、試院等環山七里所組成。今日，科技的發展、網際網路的普及使得資訊的分享更為便利，民眾參與社區的規劃可透過網路達成電子化的參與。本研究利用Asp.net建置網站作為公眾參與式地理資訊系統的平台，網站呈現仙跡岩地區的相關資訊，利用網站作為仙跡岩地區環山七里社區居民資訊交流的橋樑，輔以地理資訊系統為工具，促進居民參與仙跡岩的公共事務規劃，運用Web2.0的互動概念，將仙跡岩環境的問題，透過網路參與討論以尋求最佳的解決方式。
本研究為瞭解網路式地理資訊系統推廣民眾參與維護社區環境的可行性，利用網路問卷調查的方式瞭解民眾對於本研究建置網站的生態資訊性、操作便利性、推廣參與性等三大構面，藉此探討網站是否能讓民眾更瞭解仙跡岩地區的相關資訊、網站是否能有效作為社區居民交流的互動平台，同時，網站是否能增進社區居民參與討論的意願。本研究調查結果發現，網路式的公眾參與式地理資訊系統能有效讓民眾更瞭解仙跡岩地區的環境資訊，同時能夠增進民眾參與討論的意願，增進社區居民的向心力與歸屬感，落實賦權於民眾。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This study discusses how to apply public participation geographic information systems (PPGIS) to advance citizen participation in community affairs. It aims to improve the interaction and communication between citizens and decision-makers. A website was designed to display community resources and became a platform for citizens to discuss community issues. Using Web2.0 combined with GIS tools, community members were able to discuss issues and accesses resources to find creative solutions for community problems. This study assesses the impact PPGIS had in empowering citizens to find unique solutions for local matters. | en |
