摘要: | 本研究深度訪談了23位(28筆面談資料)具有面談經驗的業界主管或人資人員,歸納出76.9%的一般性向度(common dimensions)筆記以及23.1%的延伸性向度(extended dimensions)筆記。此外,本研究延伸過去印象管理策略的研究,驗證自我導向式、他人導向式及非語言式印象管理策略對主試官評價的影響,並整合了面談中作筆記等相關概念,在真實甄選面談情境中,檢視面談主試官作筆記的有無、面談前警告的有無之干擾角色。由99位主試官與161位應徵者中所蒐集的資料部分地證實本研究的假設,結果顯示當應徵者使用較高自我導向式印象管理策略時,會帶來較高的主試官評價;另外,當主試官於面談中有作筆記,會降低自我導向式印象管理策略對主試官評價的影響。最後,當面談前有警告,會強化非語言式印象管理策略對主試官評價的影響。 The present study interviewed twenty three human-resource related managers and personnels who have well interview experience (twenty eight interview cases were gotten). This study integrated the note-taking contents of these interview cases, and concluded that 76.9% of the note-taking contents belonged to common dimensions and 23.1% belonged to extended dimensions. In addition, the present study extended past studies about impression management tactics in two ways. Firstly, this study examined the main effects of applicants’ self-focused, other-focused and non-verbal impression management tactics on interviewer evaluation. Secondly, by introducing two moderators of note-taking and pre-warning in the interview, this study also attempted to examine these moderating effects on the relationship between impression management tactics and interviewer evaluation. The analyzing results of the data collected from 99 interviewers and 161 applicants partially supported three hypotheses. Firstly, higher applicants self-focused impression management would induce interviewers to make higher evaluation toward applicants. In addition, when there was note-taking in the interview, the positive main effect of self-focused impression management tactics on the evaluation of interviewers would be weakened. Finally, when there was pre-warning in the interview, the positive main effect of non-verbal impression management tactics on the evaluation of interviewers would be strengthened. |
