Abstract: | 本研究於2004 年3 月至次年3 月,至翡翠水庫大壩站進行週採樣,調查下列參數的深度積分平均值:總細菌生物量(t-IBB,9~19 mgC m-3)、總細菌生產力(3~52 mgC m-3 d-1)、總細菌置換率(0.2 ~4.3 d-1)、異營性鞭毛蟲數量(7.2~27 × 106cells L-1)、磷酸鹽(<0.01~0.16 uM)。結果顯示t-IBB 受到top-down control 而異
營性鞭毛蟲之捕食是主因之ㄧ。表水層 ( 10 m 以淺)內的細菌置換率在冷水季 (水溫 < 23℃ )和水溫呈正相關,但在暖水季時則與水溫成負相關。磷添加實驗的結果顯示暖水季 (水溫 > 23 ℃ )表水層細菌的生長受控於磷酸鹽的供應率。中下水層 ( 30 m 以深 )細菌生長和水溫無相關但受到磷酸鹽的供應率影響。游離性細菌生物量(f-IBB,6~14 mgC m-3)約是附著性細菌生物量(a-IBB)的三倍。 游離性細菌生產力(f-IBP,0.9~43 mgC m-3 d-1)及其置換率(f-IBu, 0.1~7.6 d-1),除了在2004 年10~11 月初較附著性細菌生產力(a-IBP,1.7 ~13 mgC m-3 d-1)及其置換率(a-IBu,0.4~6.2 d-1)高外;其餘時間兩種型態的生產力差異不大,但a-IBu則較f-IBu 高出5 倍。顯見此系統游離性細菌雖佔多數,但附著性細菌生長較佔 優勢。冷水季時,兩種型態細菌之生長同樣受到溫度控制。兩者生產力對水溫的反應相似,但a-Bu 受溫度影響程度較大。附著性細菌對磷酸鹽添加的反應時間或程度較游離性細菌來的迅速或強烈。添加溶解態有機碳對兩者的生長皆無影響。 A survey of depth integrated averaged values of total heterotrophic bacterioplankton biomass (t-IBB, 9~19 mgC m-3), production (t-IBP, 3~52 mgC m-3 d-1), turnover rates ( t-IBu, 0.2~4.3 d-1) , heterotrophic nano-flagellate abundance ( 7.2~27 ×106 cells L-1) as well as concentrations of phosphate ( < 0.01 to 0.16 uM) were conducted in dam site of the Fei-Tsui reservoir weekly from March 2004 to March 2005. The result indicated that t-BB is strongly subjected to top-down control, and grazed by flagellates could be viewed as an important factor. T-bu in epilimnion ( shallower than 10 m) was mainly controlled by temperature during cold seasons ( < 23 ℃) . Phosphate supply but rather temperature might be important in regulating t-Bu in epilimnion during warm seasons ( > 23 ℃) as well as regulating t-Bu in hypolimnion ( deeper than 30 m ) all the time. Free-living bacteria accounted for most of the total biomass all the time, but attached bacteria were much more active than free-living bacteria on a per– cell basis except the middle of October in 2004 . During cold seasons, BP of two types had similar react toward temperature, nevertheless, attached bacterial turnover rate was much more intensely affected by temperature. In two substrate enrichment experiments, growth of attached bacteria had more intensive and faster responses than free-living bacteria when adding of phosphate. But additions of glucose alone failed to stimulate responses in growth of two type bacteria. |
