| dc.description.abstract | 本研究針對技職體系的技術學院使用者進行探討，探究技職體系的學生對圖書館網站的需求及意見，期望從「使用者觀點」設計符合使用者資訊需求與使用行為的網站，以提昇圖書館網站使用性。
本研究以大漢技術學院圖書館網站為研究個案，以大漢技術學院學生為研究對象。首先採用文獻分析法進行相關文獻的探討，接續以「焦點團體訪談法」及「問卷調查法」進行實徵研究，以探討技專校院學生的資訊需求、技專校院學生對圖書館網站的使用經驗、瞭解技專校院學生理想中的圖書館網站內容或服務項目以及技專校院學生對圖書館網站資訊架構的看法。本研究共進行兩組 的焦點團體訪談，及進行348份有效問卷的分析。 研究結論：1、技專校院學生的資訊需求是多元化的，不僅包括學業的，更以日常生活資訊為主，包括工作相關的、升學相關的、經濟、生活資訊、休閒娛樂、地方資訊等等；2、一般大學圖書館網站的資訊內容無法滿足技職校院學生之需求；3、技專校院使用者需求度最高的前十項網站服務項目分別是「提供獎學金、助學金訊息」，其次依序為「就業相關資訊連結」、「證照相關資訊連結」、「本館館藏查詢」、「提供工讀訊息」、「升學相關資訊連結」、「中文資料庫檢索」、「工商產業資訊連結」、「生活資訊連結」、「電子參考工具書連結」；4、技專校院使用者對圖書館網站資訊架構重視程度不高，符合其資訊需求的網站資訊內容或服務項目才是使用者最需要的。 研究建議：1、學校網站首頁應有明顯的圖書館網站連結；2、應依照母機構的性質進行圖書館網站的規劃；3、應多舉辦圖書館網站利用指導及推廣活動以提高圖書館網站的使用率；4、應根據多元化的資訊需求建置網站服務項目；5、應增加圖書館網站的加值功能；6、圖書館館員應發揮資訊組織的能力。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The purpose of this study is to explore information needs of technical and vocational college students and their attitudes toward the library website. It is with the expectation that the design of existing and future library website would be more user-oriented to increase its utilization.
The research uses the Library Website of Dahan Institute of Technology to investigate the information needs of the institute’s students. Interviews and questionnaires are applied from both quantitative and qualitative perspectives to find out the student’s using experience and their opinions on an ideal library website. Two focus groups were interviewed and a total of 348 valid questionnaires were collected. Concluded results are listed as follows: 1、The students’ information needs are inevitably various and numerous, not only in supporting their studies, but also those necessary to their daily lives, like information on finding a job, studying further, financial aids, entertainments, etc. 2、The contens that most university library websites provide could not meet the information needs of vocational students. 3、The top ten items the library website should offer are linkages to information on scholarship/financial supports; jobs/careers; professional certificates; library collection retrieval; part-time job announcements; studying further; Chinese database retrieval; industrial/commercial information; daily life related and electronic references. 4、Students pay less attention to the structure of the library website. Services and contents count first. At the end, the research come to some suggestions: 1、The institute’s home page should provide an obvious linkage to the library website. 2、The library website should be designed and schemed in accordance to the institute’s features. 3、The library should provide instructional programs and activities to promote the utilization of the library website. 4、The library website should provide services of all kinds based on the students’ information needs. 5、The library website should be enhanced by increasing its attaching values. 6、The librarian should develop their capabilities on organizing information. | en |
