| dc.description.abstract | 法國的盟邦關係由來已久,然而這種跨大西洋的兩岸關係有時卻會因法國的外交政策中戴高樂主義的作祟,而與美國的霸權主義有所扞格,由於雙方所追求的國家利益產生衝突,進而使得雙邊關係蒙上陰影。隨著911事變後美國的國際戰略逐漸傾向單邊主義,法國無法再坐視美國藉由反恐的名義攻打伊拉克而行擴張其帝國主義的目的,兩國也為此各自領導相互敵對的陣營,而在外交戰場上戮力奮戰。
本文疑從現實主義的觀點看待美法兩國在伊拉克戰爭上的歧見,除卻雙方各自在國內因素的考量之外,也將檢視國際因素對兩國就此議題所持立場的影響。雙方為此在國際場域上的交鋒,自然也不能略過。另外,本文也將探討美法爭執對分別對國際權力體系、西方工業國及中東區域的影響。最後,則是檢視兩國因2003年伊拉克戰爭的衝突是否只是美法關係一貫合作的基調中偶有摩擦的一個插曲而已。 | zh_TW |
