| dc.description.abstract | 亞洲的金融市場將進入高度競爭的時代，金融機構併購的速度加速地進行，然而購併的效果是否能如預期的實現，則值得我們來進一步探究，我們希望能回答兩個基本卻重要的問題：主併銀行與被併銀行之間是否存在顯著的差異呢？在進行併購後，銀行的營運表現是否會產生明顯的差異呢？我們針對亞洲前兩百大銀行(不包含日本)合併事件中有發生併購的銀行之經營績效做評估；將主併銀行合併前與合併後之經營績效做比較，以評估合併活動對主併銀行經營績效之影響。並且針對亞洲前兩百大銀行(不包含日本)比較合併後的合併銀行與非合併銀行經營績效之差異，以分析合併後合併銀行之經營體質及營運效率是否比非合併銀行更具競爭力。 | zh_TW |
