dc.description.abstract | 企業若想要發展國際性的品牌並銷售全球,需要建立銷售網絡及維修服務網絡,以達成前端的品牌銷售及完善的後端服務。能妥善控管備品存貨的公司,較易在支援維修服務的通路網絡中佔有優勢,因此存貨管理的能力成為企業發展的關鍵因素之一。
為能妥善管理備品存貨,本研究因而建立服務網絡之動態系統,並提出備品需求量之計算程序:第一,基於零件之MTBF和產品的銷售預測,計算出在未來各時期備品需求的曲線;第二,推導出備品的累積需求量,及需求總量及其分配;最後,再利用所推導的需求分配來計算備品存貨量,並依照不同的決策時點與考量兩種目標-成本及風險,計算出個別的存貨數量。 又為因應最小訂購量的限制,本研究提出藉由銷售個別零件的保固契約,來增加備品需求之模式,以減少因最小訂購量之限制而造成的報廢損失,惟產品公司必須支付經銷商相對的佣金。綜合考量報廢與佣金兩項成本,本研究建立計算最佳單位佣金的模式,所得結果能平衡存貨報廢成本及佣金支付成本,最小化總成本。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Enterprises which desire to develop global brand and to sell products to the global market must have a distribution channel and after-sales service network. Enterprises which can control spare part inventory efficiently will have advantages in supporting the network, so the ability of inventory management becomes one of the key factors of enterprise development.
This thesis contains three parts. In the first part, a dynamic system model for service networks is described. In the second part, the calculation procedure of spare part requirements is presented.
