| dc.description.abstract | 新回合農業談判業已於2005年香港部長會議取得重要進展，明訂於2013年全面取消農產品之出口補貼，試圖導正長久以來受扭曲的市場機制，使農產品世界價格恢復應有之水準，提升全球福利。我國因未實施出口補貼，此決議對初級農產業來說，可藉助世界價格上漲，提升我國農產品競爭力之利基，然而對部份仰賴進口原物料的加工產業來說，卻隱含投入成本提高的危機，將壓縮產業之利潤與發展潛能。
為了進一步探討，出口補貼取消對我國農業部門的潛在影響，本研究擬以可計算一般均衡模型（Computable General Equilibrium Model，CGE）之全球貿易分析模型（Global Trade Analysis Project，GTAP）及其2004年發佈的第6版資料庫（以2001年為基期年）來進行模擬分析，透過產值之變動與進出口價量之變動情形，評估我國各農業部門所受之衝擊與影響，以提供政府研擬相關因應策略之參考。 | zh_TW |
