| dc.description.abstract | 強化管理能力已成為現今企業或組織提昇競爭力的主要方式之一,為有效提昇管理能力,學者們提出許多管理模型,做為企業或組織改善管理能力的依據,其中以專案管理模型的推廣最為成功,不過對企業或組織而言,採用專案管理可能會產生轉換成本過高、使用者抗拒…等問題,因此若無必要通常會維持現狀,而使得資源運用無法最佳化。
為降低專案管理模型對組織所產生的負面影響,學者們又提出許多專案管理成熟度模型,以協助組織順利導入專案管理,然而若無合適且學習成本低的資訊軟體工具加以配合,則一來管理中所需的資訊流可能無法與管理流程配合,造成資訊傳遞效率無法提昇,二來使用者還會對該工具產生抗拒,因此本研究欲建置一個學習成本低且能與管理流程配合的管理平台。 為建置一個能與管理流程配合且建置成本低、維護成本低及使用者的學習成本低的管理平台,本研究將採用EAI整合架構來整合使用者平日所用的軟體,藉此將使用者的學習成本降到最低,避免使用者對管理平台產生抗拒,同時讓資訊流突破應用程式的侷限,能充分地配合管理流程的運作,提昇資訊傳遞的效率。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Strengthen the management ability has become one of the fundamental modes for raising the competitive capability of enterprises or organizations nowadays. With the intention of increasing the administration facility, the scholars have proposed a lot of supervision models in order to be a basis for the companies or the corporations and the Project Management Model is one of the most successful and popularized examples. However, for the business or the institutes, the Project Management Model might cause the raise of the switching costs, the resists of the user and further problems. For that reason, the situation will be always maintained if it is not essential necessary and generate the resources utilizations to be not able optimization.
In order to reduce the negative influence of The Project Management Model to the organization, the academics suggested a lot of the Project Management Maturity Models as well to assist the enterprises could be leaded-in to the Project Management model smoothly. Base on the condition, the model will need an appropriate and low learning cost program in order to increase the practicability of the theory and decreases the obstruct, such as the efficiency of the information communicate and the negativistic mind. First of all, the efficiency of the information communicate will not improve if the required information flow cannot be coordinated with the management flow path. Second, the users are still negativistic with this method. Therefore, this research is to establish a administration system with low learning cost and also can be cooperated with the management flow. The research will conformity the EAI (Enterprise Application Integration) architecture to integrate the software that the users are using ordinary days to facilitate a management platform with the ability to be coordinated with the management flow and diminished the installation, preservation, maintenance and education costs. This will take advantage of decreasing the learning cost, avoid the users’ resistance of the new working system and simultaneously let the information flow breakthrough the limitation of the application programs in order to be fully coordinated with operation of the management flow and promoted the efficiency of the information transmission. | en |
