Abstract: | 中國大陸的高成長可部份歸因於境外直接投資。2006年外國投資人在中國創業投資市場注入了大約17.8億美元, 使全國創業投資總額達到了200億美元。這些資金在過去十年成就了許多的中、早期新興公司, 甚至幫助不少家公司在那斯達克等地上市。同時,創投公司如賽富,紅杉,聯想以及產業領導者IDGVC都從投資中得到了高額報酬。創投公司角色重要,但是基於此產業的營運模式以及資料收集的困難度,中國創投公司的研究少之又少。
本論文希望藉由對IDGVC的分析以了解中國的創投市場。本文從IDGVC的營運模式,競爭優勢,市場環境試圖探討該公司過去十幾年平均49% 的投資報酬率的環境背景。從而討論IDGVC未來發展的威脅及潛力。 本論文以商業個案的形式呈現。以期更清楚地整合所有的資料並幫助讀者更深入地了解中國創投市場及IDGVC。 本商業個案分為三個部分。第一部分為商業大綱,以圖表方式介紹個案的結構。 第二部分為個案本體,詳細分析IDGVC並提出相關討論問題。第三部分為教學筆記,提供本個案的結構分析及更多的參考資料。 This thesis explores the China venture capital market through a detailed analysis of one of the industry leaders - IDGVC. This paper looks at IDGVC through various perspectives, including the business model, the company’s competency, external environment as well as the future development issues. This thesis takes the form of a business case project in order to give readers more insight of the China venture capital market and IDGVC. Moreover, the case format makes it possible for the writer to bring up several interesting sub-issues in venture capital industry to stimulate further discussion and research. This business case project is divided into three parts. Part one is a case map outlining the main structure of the case. Part two is the case body carefully depicting the information and issues at hand. Part three is a teaching note summarizing the issues as well as giving clues and extra resources for analyzing the case. |
