| dc.description.abstract | 近年來,資訊科技產業進步神速,也帶動了其他產業的e化,由於許多產業的e化大都以ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)為核心,營建產業也慢慢地透過導入ERP來提高整體工作效率。以往的工程品質管制,是以工程材料及施工項目作為品質管制的對象,其中,工程材料在品質管制方面上有較完善的檢驗標準及方法,至於施工項目則僅能以目視方式配合檢查表來達到品質管制的目的。目前許多工程品質管制的e化,大多數都是將品質管制相關的表報或流程電子化,以減少紙張作業為主,加上施工項目這一部份的品質管制紀錄又都是以逐項勾選的方式,不是合格通過就是不通過,不論是在品質管制的對象上以及資料的格式內容上,與ERP的整合都仍有一段相當大的差距。由於ERP中的主角是與工程息息相關的「資源」(Resource),因此,本研究便從資源的角度出發以及定量分析的方向,重新來思考工程品質管制方法,開發以工程資源為思考核心的工程施工品質管制e化模型,該模型包含了工程品質管制e化的物件與流程,更提出品質管制分工表(Quality-Control Work Breakdown Structure, QBS)的架構與品質管制指標(Quality Control index, QC index)的應用,讓品質管制作業標準化。並運用該品質管制e化模型來開發品質管制e化雛型系統,作為該模型初期之驗證。以工程資源為核心所開發出來的模型與雛型系統,簡稱eQCsystem,比較容易與營建產業的ERP整合應用,加上具有品質量化的特性,可以在品質管制的資料上展現多維度的統計分析資料,快速發現、預警施工品質問題。施工品質管制作業系統化,落實三級品管制度,提供客觀的品質評量結果,可提升營建工程專案的施工品質。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This research proposes a resource-based e-model for construction quality control. Instead of focusing on the quality control of construction materials and schedule items, the proposed model is designed to facilitate construction quality control from the viewpoints of both construction project resources and quantitative quality analysis. Therefore, it can be easily integrated with the ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) model, which has gradually become the kernel of construction management for many companies in the construction industry. Also, the proposed model allows for a more quantitative assessment of construction quality through computerization. In this paper, the focus of discussion is on the planning and design of the resource-based e-model that consists of the objects and the e-procedure for quality control. The structure of the Quality-Control Work Breakdown Structure (QBS) and the application of the Quality Control index (QC index) for the standardization of the quality control are proposed.
