| 摘要: | 本篇論文分為三大部分:準相位匹配光學參數振盪器原理的介紹、一維週期性極化反轉鈮酸鋰光參振盪晶體之製作,以及光參振盪器系統架設與二倍頻實驗。
首先在原理部分,吾人簡單地介紹了非線性頻率轉換,準相位匹配、與光參振盪器相關理論。 接著在製程部分,吾人介紹本實驗室建立的高電壓極化反轉系統,並介紹利用改良的光阻絕緣層法來製作週期性極化反轉鈮酸鋰/鉭酸鋰。利用此方法,吾人製作了有效長度為2 cm週期性極化反轉鈮酸鋰,其內部製作了八條週期性極化反轉結構,週期28.5 ~ 29.9 This thesis includes three parts : (a) an introduction to the theory of quasi-phase matched optical parametric oscillator (QPM OPO), (b) the design and fabrication of one-dimensional periodically poled congruent grown LiNbO3 (1D-PPCLN) with multi-grating periods for constructing a 1064 nm Nd:YVO4 laser pumped optical parametric oscillator (OPO), and (c) the implementation of a quasi-phase matched optical parametric oscillator system and second harmonic generation (SHG) experiment. First, the theory of quasi-phase matching and optical parametric oscillation will be introduced in the second chapter. In the second part, the home-built high voltage poling system and the fabrication of periodically poled lithium niobate will be introduced. A PPLN with 2cm effective length was fabricated. It had eight different grating periods ranging from 28.5 to 29.9 |
