摘要: 國際大廠之間的智權攻防日趨劇烈。侵權訴訟的代價動輒達數億美金,這使得企業已經逐漸了解智慧財產權已儼然成為獲利績效的關鍵元素之一。因此,產出優質的智權成果已非企業研發活動的唯一績效指標,該如何避免投入研發侵權產品以及如何佈局智權攻防利器,亦有同等重要之地位。有鑑於此,本論文的研究目的在於提出一套導入強大的創新工具 – TRIZ之「系統化研發創新流程」。本流程係藉由將專利資訊系統化地導入研發創新流程中,並在盡可能降低侵權嫌疑以及產出具有可專利性之研發成果前提下,以期協助企業進行系統化的研發創新。並且,本論文亦將特別闡述TRIZ發明原則於系統化研發創新之應用,並建議可事先蒐集並整理供此系統化研發創新流程使用之專利資訊。另外,本論文亦依照此系統化研發創新流程所歸納出的三個主要使用情境進行實例研究。藉此,使用此系統化研發創新流程的過程中所產生的問題與建議即可提出來討論。利用上述之使用情境,再配合針對企業所屬技術領域之專利資訊的輔助,不同企業將可依其所面臨之問題選用本系統化研發創新流程所提供之多個解決方案的路徑而求得適合的最終研發創新方案。
Offense and defense of intellectual property rights between global companys are getting servere. Infringement lawsuits easily cost about billion dollars and it has mad enterprises gradually realize that intellectual property rights have become one of the keys to earn profits. Therefore, generating intellectual property rights has not been the only one performance index of research and design activities of enterprises, but how to avoid investing in infringed products and how to arrange intellectual property rights become crucially important. Accordingly, the purpose of the research of this thesis is to provide a “systematic innovation flow chart” which is introduced through the powerful inventive tool – TRIZ. The systematic innovation flow chart is expected to assist enterprises to proceed a systematic innovation by systematically introducing patent information into the systematic innovation flow chart under the prerequisites of reducing the suspicion of infringement possible and generating patentable R&D outcomes. Furthermore, the thesis also expounds the application of inventive principles of TRIZ on systematic innovation and suggests collecting and sorting the patent information for the systematic innovation flow chart in advance. Besides, the thesis also proceeds to case studies according to the three main usage situation induced from the systematic innovation flow chart. Problems and issues generated in the process of using the systematic innovation flow chart were then discussed. By using the above-mentioned usage situations and assisted by the patent information of specific technology fields of enterprises, different enterprises can select various paths of scheme provided by the systematic innovation flow chart in accordance with the problems faced to derive proper final inventive schemes.
