| dc.description.abstract | 差勤管理是幾乎每個單位至部門每天皆須面對處理的繁瑣事務，舉凡個人各類假別申請、待處理申請單提醒、申請進度查詢、單位或部門負責人申請單核准以及每月各類假別資訊統計等實際需求。
本論文中運用PHP、Web Services、AJAX、XSLT、Java、XML Database、UTF-8編碼等技術工具，建置以Web Services為架構之分散式系統，並結合XML資料格式具階層式特性以及關聯式資料庫採正規化使資料一致性的理念，設計此系統提供各項申請單執行狀態、每年或每月各類假別統計資訊，以利使用者可清楚了解所需資訊，並藉由系統主動發送訊息或透過系統自動發送電子郵件方式等機制，主動通知與提醒代理人與核可人所需處理申請單，以避免申請單遭遺忘，俾有效輔助使用者掌握各項資訊。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Most departments need to handle the miscellaneous business, such as applying applications, reminding the pending applications, querying the progress of applications, approving the applications and the statistic information of monthly applications.
Using PHP、Web Services、AJAX、XSLT、Java、XML Database and UTF-8 code to develop the distributed Web Services system, and integrate the hierarchical feature of XML data format and the normalization concept of relational database for the consistency of the data. The system provides the functions such as application status, statistic information of annual or monthly applications to let the user get the clear picture of what she or he needs. The system also reminds the user of pending applications by message notification or Email automatically, in order to avoid forgetting to deal the application and assist the user to handle each kind of information. | en |
