dc.description.abstract此研究第一步先設計一台磨潤試驗機,以控制兩摩擦面的表面速度和、滑滾比及負載,供其在彈液動潤滑下觀察試片表面的摩擦變化。本文藉著觀察點接觸的試片表面在表面速度和相同但不同滑滾比之下的磨耗情形,分析滑滾比對油膜承載力的影響。結果發現油膜承載力的確會隨著滑滾比的增高而下降。證實在薄膜潤滑之下不能以整體流變性質來計算油膜承載力。油膜承力之下降,是否因潤滑油具剪切稀化作用或因受極限剪切應力存在之影響,尚待進一步研究以釐清之。
本文中的實驗以觀察摩擦面的變化來推測磨潤行為的轉變,雖可發現明確的表面磨耗變化,但仍缺少摩擦係數的變化數據。因此後續仍需量測表面產生摩擦時的摩擦係數變化。

dc.description.abstractIn order to control the sum of velocities, the sliding-rolling ratios, and the load applied to two circular discs in point contact, this study is to design a tribological tester. Then using this tester, the effect of sliding-rolling ratio on the load carrying capacity of the oil films generated between two disc specimens can be evaluated by the wear conditions of the tested specimens under elastohydrodynamic conditions. The experiment shows that an increase in sliding-rolling ratio caused the specimens to be worn more easily, while the sum of surface velocities and applied load were keep constant. This result means that the load carrying capacity of the oil film decreases as the sliding-rolling ratio between two disc specimens in elliptic contact increases.
So far, it lacked the data of friction. Therefore the measurement of friction is important in future work.
