| dc.description.abstract | 本文中,我們探討微結構在有機發光二極體造成的耦合出光現象。
| zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In this thesis, we studied the coupled emission by integrating nanostructures on organic light emitters. Through the coupling effect of nanostructures, angular dependant enhancement in optical intensity was observed and the FWHM (full width and half maximum) is narrowed compared with planar structures.
In the second part, electrical and optical properties of an advanced material, Fe-OXD ((2-phenyl-1,3,4-oxadiazol-5-yl) ferrocene), were experimented. We tested the hole injecting, hole transporting, electron injecting, and electron transporting capabilities on organic light emitting devices. | en |
