dc.description.abstract | 生質酒精,泛指以生質物為原料所產製之乙醇,具有高純度、方便儲存與低危險性等優點,可與汽油混合用於車輛引擎,是一項具有潛力之替代性燃料。
本實驗研究以臺灣大學實驗田種植的向日葵作物作為原料,放入對流式低溫烤箱乾燥24小時以上,先用粉碎機粉碎成小於40mesh以下顆粒後,利用NREL組成分析的方法(NREL,1998)分析其纖維素、半纖維素、木質素與灰分等組成成份之含量,其原料經過組成分析得知纖維素佔34.2%、半纖維素14.86%、木質素16.5%、醋酸3.53%、灰份10.86%、水份1.66%、其他18.4%。再以四種不同前處理方式,透過水解的效果找出最佳的前處理條件來前處理之後SSF所要使用的前處理基質。接著將前處理物於pH值5、溫度50℃、RPM 120等條件下,合併以不同酵素活性比的纖維水解酶Cellulclast1.5L與葡萄糖苷酶Novozyme188進行酵素水解,檢測其水解效率找出最佳的酵素活性比,找出最佳酵素活性比之後,再探討不同酵素劑量的纖維水解酶Cellulclast1.5L與葡萄糖苷酶Novozyme188對酵素水解效果之影響,找出最佳酵素的劑量。最後利用前述實驗所建立的最佳前處理條件、酵素活性比、酵素劑量等參數,進行同步醣化與醱酵生質酒精的操作實驗,探討不同基質濃度、批次式與餽料式、酵素分批加入與否,得到生質酒精的產率比較。 | zh_TW |
