| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以擔負失能老人照顧重責大任的「家庭」為研究對象，嘗試將家庭視為一個整體，藉由探索性的質化研究嘗試探討家庭如何因應老人照顧的需求、協調出照顧的人選、分配照顧工作的各項勞務，瞭解家庭動員組織特定照顧體系的情形及家庭內部針對老人照顧議題的協商過程，以釐清家庭作為照顧的基本單位之本質。 研究目的在於：（1）探索家庭組成特定家庭照顧體系的類型及可能的影響因素；（2）瞭解家庭面對老人照顧議題的協商過程及影響協商過程的可能因素。
本研究的資料收集方法係以深度訪談為主，訪談五個照顧失能老人的家庭，共計十五位受訪者。重要研究發現有：（一）依據個人照顧及日常生活活動（ADLs）由幾位家庭成員協助之指標，將家庭照顧體系分為獨挑大樑型、雙人搭檔型以及團體分工型等三種家庭照顧體系；（二）家庭成員參與照顧體系的原因各自有其獨特的家庭脈絡；（三）家庭協商的過程及其中的權力角力須於家庭脈絡中還原；（四）照顧工作的影響不盡然都是負面的，照顧生活也可能使照顧者獲得正向的經驗或從中得到寶貴的經驗及重要的人生省思。最後，分別從政策意識形態及政策實務兩方面提出政策建議。 | zh_TW |
