dc.description.abstract主要是從政治邏輯來解釋中國金融當局對於股市制度設計的影響,討論中國在亮麗經濟增長表現下潛藏的結構危機。在此採取的研究架構是主張政治權力結構決定市場的制度設計,進而影響公司治理結構以及各市場參與者之間的關係,也左右著市場化改革的結果。而所謂的中國政治邏輯是指在不變更既存政治遊戲規則的前提下進行經濟改革,嘗試以最少的政治成本來帶動最多的經濟效益,舊的制度在尚未完全被淘汰的情況下引進新的市場制度,市場經濟與計畫經濟成分的並存就成為中國轉型過程中的一個重要特徵。
政治邏輯表現在股市市場制度就是,尋求市場化轉型的不完全以持續關照和籠絡對中共政權生存相關的行為者,這些市場制度安排就包括:國家持續行政控制市場准入、國家成為上市公司的股東、國家並未制訂公平的市場遊戲規則,以及國家作為監管者卻與被監管對象之間的角色矛盾等。於是此種扭曲的市場制度也就導致近年來中國股市的與宏觀經濟和政治穩定矛盾的表現。
