dc.description.abstract | 利用壓電材料之壓電效應與諧振特性設計壓電元件,其中頻譜圖為重要依據。由壓電波傳的頻譜關係,可以了解不同模態之頻率與波數的關係,並可得到介質中位移與電位的場形,藉此設計壓電元件。因此,本文將分析無限大壓電平板軸對稱波傳行為,求得平板之波傳頻譜;進而探討壓電圓板與壓電圓環內各物理量之場形。
本文首先將分析無限大壓電平板,在上下表面為皆有電極與皆無電極之軸對稱波傳頻譜,求解過程中利用Hankel轉換將微分方程式轉為代數式,求得板內位移與電位之正解,進而求得軸對稱波傳頻譜;而對於壓電圓板與壓電圓環之邊界,則考慮徑向機械邊界條件為混合型邊界條件,求出符合此邊界條件之正解,進而求得板內與環內各物理量場形。 | zh_TW |
