dc.description.abstractIn this paper we discuss the well-known Fermat principle and Gravitational lens effect. That is, the existence and multiplicity of future pointing lightlike geodesics joining a pointlike source event and a timelike curve as an observer, or equivalently, past pointing lightlike geodesics joining an event for observing and a timelike curve as an source. Also note that there are no new results.en
