國內銀行資訊系統應用與委外之研究

Abstract

近年來由於網際網路(Internet)之盛行，創造了一個開放的環境，新的技術產生後得以快速擴散與影響。企業的競爭不再侷限於同一區域、同一產業，而是來自全世界大小廠商；同產業甚至不同產業的廠商，都可能在很短時間成為直接競爭的對手。 金融機構開放設立的結果，卻導致銀行同業間激烈競爭，金融市場已由過去的寡占轉為完全競爭。除金融家數過多，銀行業務競爭激烈外，存放款利率差距縮小、獲利能力降低、逾期放款比率偏高、直接金融比重增加、產業外移與產業結構改變帶來的潛藏問題，也使得銀行授信風險隨之上升。 國內市場飽和，競爭激烈，Time-to-Market 迅速反應市場需求 是重要制勝關鍵。由於貧富差距日益懸殊，如何利用金控的優勢，交叉銷售，向上銷售。資訊科技委外，不但可以降低成本，快速反應市場，更可以提供客戶最優質的服務，提昇客戶滿意度。進一步掌握優質的客戶，提供客戶最適切的服務，不但可以提升獲利 更可以提銀行的競爭力。如何滿足客戶的需求，資訊科技是不可或缺的重要環節。

Internet pushed an open environment, new technology will introduce new competition. During past 20 years, world-wide economics was changed dramatically. Enterprises faced the challenge how to globalize, digitize and fasten the processes. There are too many banks in Taiwan market. The study explores Information System and Outsourcing in Taiwan Bank Industry. Due to high competition and mature market, time-to-market is critical success factor. Wealth gap is bigger than before. How to utilize Finance holding company to serve all customers of enterprise for cross-sell and up-sell is very important. IT outsourcing could reduce cost, quick response to market need and best service to gain total customer satisfaction.
