| dc.description.abstract | 關於資訊系統委外決策,有許多不同的研究觀點。本研究結合委外策略觀點的資源依賴理論(Resource Dependence Theory, RDT)與資源基礎理論(Resource Based Theory, RBT),參酌「企業數位學習」、「資訊系統委外」、「供應商評選」等領域的相關文獻,經由焦點文獻探討(a focused literature review)及專家意見彙整,發展「數位學習系統委外導入供應商評選量表」。以「供應商特性」、「技術資源」、「人力資源」、「系統資源」及「使用者資源」等五個向度為供應商評選構面,藉由文獻分析與專家意見調查,歸納分析出各構面的評選準則。
本研究之量表發展模式,係以結構方程模式之驗證性因素分析(SEM-CFA)來檢驗量表因素結構與信、效度。研究發現,所發展之量表具有良好的內部一致性,而量表中的因素之間也都具有中度到高度的相關。此外,量表也具有良好的構念效度。本研究之貢獻,就學界而言,除了發展之量表可作為相關研究的測量基礎之外,本研究應用SEM所建構的量表發展模式,也可供資管學域研究者作為量表發展之參考。就業界而言,本研究之量表,可供數位學習產業需求端之使用單位,作為供應商評選決策之參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | On the decision-making of information systems outsourcing, there are many different views on. The combination of resource based theory and resource dependence theory in strategy management of outsourcing, this study first reviews the literature relating to “corporate e-learning,” “information systems outsourcing,” and “supplier selection,” in which we gain five exploratory dimensions of supplier selecting scale, including supplier characteristics, technical resources, human resources, system resources, and users resources. Then through literature review and experts opinion survey, we develop the selection criteria of each dimension.
Through confirmatory factor analysis, we applied structural equation modeling (SEM) for data analysis. Questionnaire and measurements are developed for supplier selection of corporate e-learning system outsourcing and they were proved to be fair in reliability and validity. The result of the fitness in scale is excellent and the scale can be a good instrument to the future researchers who are interested in this domain. Besides, practically speaking, the firm can also adopt the study outcome as reference of supplier selection when outsourcing e-learning system. Finally, we conclude this study by discussing its limitations and implications for future research. | en |
