高階經理人對EMBA之選擇決策過程以聯合分析法為應用

Abstract

中高階經理人重回校園，就讀EMBA之過程當中，原因種種，不外乎開拓新的業務機會、轉換工作領域、突破中年職涯瓶頸、了解不同領域等等。而台灣EMBA市場快速成長，對於各中高階經理人選擇就讀各學校環境的考量決策因素，牽涉到許多因素，在本研究中，特別針對學校類型、入學後學生素質及經歷、學生來源、師資來源、課程重心、總學費等項目，並且加以聯合分析法之應用，進而分析各層面之重要性。過去在學術論文上，王惠美（2003）曾作過商職學生選校評估準則之研究，然而並沒有人特別對EMBA學生們作相關研究，本研究將各種選校屬性加以量化作深入探討。

Many managers return to campus and study in the program of the EMBA. There are various reasons such as expanding business chance, changing work environment, breaking middle-age obstacle and realizing the different knowledge. The EMBA market grows fast in Taiwan, and this research will find out the reason why they have to get in the classes as well as discuss about school types, student's characters and experiences, student's sources, teacher’s sources, core courses and school fees. At last it would take into the application by conjoint analysis method.
