本文探索的對象是電腦週邊廠商的製造策略;研究焦點是廠商的製造系統;研究觀點是以製造系統為主,並以定性研究來達成下列目的:( 1)縮短製造前置時間以快速反應市場需求。( 2)所有產品都能每週生產,並能每日補貨以達製造彈性。(3)建立一致性作業程序和能長期持續改善的製造環境。 研究的成果有:(1)廠中廠的製造系統觀念來解決不同產品和不同市場的需求;以現有JIT製造系統以滿足大量少樣化的產品線和蜂巢式單元生產製造系統以滿足小量多樣化的產品線。( 2 )而在傳統單元生產製造系統是屬於不連續性生產,工廠佈置是以功能性機器設備為排列組合。為了改善傳統式單元生產製造系統的缺點並獲得JIT製造系統同樣產出效果。因此,設計新的蜂巢式單元生產製造系統以達其效果。( 3 )在製造支援系統上,為了使前置時間縮短和所有產品都能每日或每週生產且能每日補貨得以快速反應市場需求,因此,對現有JIT庫存管理系統改變為VMI(Vendor Managed Inventory)供應商管理庫存流程。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | ABSTRACT
This thesis is subject to the research of Computer Peripheral Manufacturing Strategy and to focus on the Production System; focusing on the Production System to achieve the following purpose: (1) to shorten the manufacturing leadtime to fix to market demand; (2) to weekly produce the products and to match the daily delivery for flexibility of manufacturing; (3) to set up the consistent operation procedure and long-term persistent improving manufacturing environment. The research resulting are: (1) The concept of Plant within Plant production system into the solution of various products for different marketing demand. Current JIT system to satisfy the volume with limited product items production line and honeycombed cell production system to satisfy the various products types with limited quantity. (2) Traditional Batch Flow (Cell) production system belongs to inconsistent production, the internal design in the factory is the combination of function facilities in order to improve traditional disadvantage from cell production system and have the same manufacturing outcome from JIT system. So, to design the new honeycombed cell production system to reach the target. (3) As for support system, in order to shorten leadtime and all products could be delivered daily or weekly to reach the dynamic marketing demand. Therefore, to change the current JIT inventory system to VMI (Vendor Managed Inventory). | en |
