兩岸發展3G競爭力分析---以應用服務面為主

Abstract

近年來，台灣與中國，無論在手機使用人數或電信相關產業上，皆有突飛猛進的發展，順應這樣的潮流，無疑地將加速兩岸進入電信3G時代。本研究將透過Michael Porter的「鑽石理論」分析與評估台灣與中國未來在3G時代的產業競爭力，並檢驗目前兩岸電信發展的現狀，以找出對應的策略與建議。

In recent years, Taiwan and China have experienced a rapid growth in mobile telecommunication industry which has led to a massive increase in both number of mobile users and relative business. Therefore, along with the development of the 2nd generation mobile telecommunication (2G), Taiwan and China today are about to enter the 3rd generation (3G). Consequently, in this dissertation, it aims to analyze and evaluate the detail competitive advantages of Taiwan and China in the 3G market from the perspective of the ‘Diamond Model. Moreover, it will also examine the current situation of 3G in Taiwan and China and then explore the advantages and disadvantages of them. Finally, the conclusion will include a number of suggestions about future development of the 3G environment in Taiwan and China.
