摘要: | 本研究成功利用逆微乳膠法製備硼酸釔摻雜鈰離子(YBO3: Ce3+) 螢光材料,並調整各種實驗參數來觀察其對螢光粉體造成之影響。藉由逆微乳膠法製備出的YBO3: Ce3+螢光粉體為奈米級球狀顆粒,其粒徑分佈範圍窄,並且具有良好的分散性。在波長244 nm, 340 nm和360 nm可觀察到寬廣的吸收峰,為鈰離子之4f至5d電子躍遷所致。而位於389 nm和412nm的寬廣放射峰則為鈰離子的5d至4f能量傳遞。本研究證實排焦程序的必要性於製備高分散性的YBO3: Ce3+粉體。實驗中調整水相與界面活性劑的體積比例,發現當此體積比例下降,產物粉體的粒徑會隨之下降,而小顆粒粉體具有較高的比表面積,因此具有較高濃度的表面缺陷,使得粉體的發光強度降低。當微乳膠系統的三相成分比例位於穩定微胞區的邊界上時,此微乳膠系統無法形成穩定的微胞,使得前趨物非均勻分怖,以致產物不易得到單相YBO3粉體。另外實驗中調整煆燒溫度,發現隨著煆燒溫度提高,產物粉體具有較良好的晶相,而螢光強度也會因粉體內部缺陷濃度降低而提升。 Single-phased cerium doped ortho-borate (YBO3: Ce3+) phosphors were synthesized by adopting the microemulsion method. In comparison with the phosphors prepared via the solid-state reaction process, the synthesis technique effectively reduced the reaction temperature of YBO3: Ce3+ phosphors to 700oC, and decreased the particle sizes to nanometer scale. When the volumetric ratio of the water phase to the oil phase was decreased form 0.1 to 0.025, the average particle size of synthesized phosphors was reduced from 189 nm to 90 nm because of the decreased sizes of aqueous micelles. The phosphors exhibited uniform size distribution and sphere-like morphology. And the result indicates the capability of the decarbonation process inorder to get good dispersibility and spherical morphology. The emission peaks located at 389 nm and 412 nm were related to transtions from 5d to 2F5/2 and 2F7/2 levels of Ce3+, respectively. The luminescent intensity of YBO3: Ce3+ was decreased with the decrease of particle size because of the increase of specific surface area and defect centers. High-heating temperature resulted in the enhanced crystallinity and reduced the concentration of defect centers of YBO3: Ce3+ phosphors , thereby increasing the luminescent intensity. |
