| dc.description.abstract | 本研究是探討廣東省台商決定區位選擇之因素，將廣東省台商分成非電子類及電子類製造業兩產業，運用空間分析方法比較影響廣東省不同產業台商之區位選擇因素。
研究指出，非電子類製造業台商，區位考量因素為高等教育比率、公路網密度、人均地區生產總值、人均第三產業生產總值及鄰近關係影響；電子類製造業台商，區位考量因素為公路網密度、人均地區生產總值及鄰近關係影響。兩產業同樣具空間自相關現象，皆會因受到鄰近地區影響而進行投資。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This research is for discussion the factors of the Investment Location Choice from Taiwanese Businesses in Guangdong. Technically Taiwanese Businesses in Guandong are divided into two industries, which are Non-Electronics and Electronics. Spatial Analysis is the main factor which influences the Investment Location choice from different industries of Taiwanese Business in Guandong.
The research indicates that the Investment Location Choice from Taiwanese Businesses of Non-Electronics Industry would be influenced by the factors of Labor quality,Highway Network Density, GDP Per Capita , Tertiary Industry GDP Per Capita and Proximity Relation. Moreover, those of Electronics Industry are inflenced by the factors of Highway Network Density, GDP Per Capita and Proximity Relation. Spatial Autocorrelation phenomenoal industries would proceed to invest by the influence of neighbor areas. | en |
