dc.description.abstract | 如何創造及維持競爭優勢,一直是各企業關注的議題,雖然過去有不少研究探討產業結構與企業內部資源競爭優勢之分析,但在市場環境快速變動的狀況下,過去偏向靜態的分析方法無法反應出企業的即時應變能力。本研究以動態能力的觀點,探討企業在快速變動的環境下,要如何進行創新流程與動態能力的發展,以更新企業優勢來因應市場競爭。透過文獻回顧,本研究建立由五個面向(感知洞察、整合重構、敏捷創新、組織學習及組織彈性)組成之動態能力研究框架,並進一步將其拆分為兩個脈絡(主軸與支持軸),就兩個構面分析企業動態能力之應用。
在研究方法上,本文以個案研究法為主,另外搭配文獻調查與深度訪談進行更深入且具體的研究。基於全家便利商店近年積極的創新作為,與亮眼的獲利表現,本研究選擇全家便利商店為探討對象。透過個案分析,本研究歸納出在動態能力的五個面向下均衡發展,為全家近年能不斷在各領域創新發展的根本原因。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | How to create and maintain competitive advantage has always been a topic of concern for enterprises. Because of rapid changes in current market environment, past analysis methods which are more static cannot reflect the agility and responsiveness of the enterprises. This study explores how companies can develop innovative processes and dynamic capabilities in order to respond to market competition in a rapidly changing environment. Through literature review, this study establishes a dynamic capability research framework consisting of five aspects—sensing and perception, integration and reconfiguration, agile innovation, organizational learning, and organizational resilience. Furthermore, this study splits the research framework into two contexts—spindle and support axis—to explore how enterprises utilizes their dynamic capabilities from two facets.
In terms of research methods, this study mainly adopts case study method, and further conducts literature research and in-depth interviews to enrich research content. Based on the outstanding performance of FamilyMart in the recent years, this study chose FamilyMart as the research object. Through the case analysis, this study summarizes the reason why FamilyMart is able to continuously facilitate innovations in various fields during recent years is the balanced development of each aspect of dynamic capabilities. | en |
