摘要: 隨著我國消費升級、土地租金和人力成本日漸上漲、支付技術日漸成熟以及各類資本的追逐與推動,新零售一詞誕生,促進了無人零售行業崛起及快速發展。無人零售行業的發展依賴于智能零售設備,它是無人零售行業的基礎和核心,關注智能零售設備的發展對於零售業態的升級轉型具有重要意義。
本文首先概述智能互聯零售設備商業模式的研究背景,探尋零售設備的發展歷史,闡述智能零售設備的技術特點,並提出了基於智能零售設備的商業價值網絡。基於該價值網絡,把智能互聯零售設備商業模式分為零售商主導的商業模式以及設備提供商主導的商業模式。其中,零售商主導的商業模式又分為零售商全自營模式和合作模式,設備提供商主導的商業模式分為自營模式和租賃模式。在此基礎上,基於魏朱六要素商業模式的研究模型,比較亞馬遜Amazon Go無人商店、華屹數碼科技的機器人商店這兩個以零售商為主導的商業模式。接著以泡泡瑪特為企業案例,探索以設備提供商為主導在智能互聯零售設備的商業模式。論文的最後的分析了智能互聯零售設備商業模式存在的問題並提出了相關改進意見,並對下階段新零售的發展做出展望。
With China's consumption upgrading, rising land rent and labor costs, increasingly mature payment technology and the pursuit and promotion of all kinds of capital, the new retail term was born, which promoted the rise and rapid development of unmanned retail industry. The development of unmanned retail industry depends on intelligent retail equipment, which is the foundation and core of unmanned retail industry. It is of great significance to pay attention to the development of intelligent retail equipment for the upgrading and transformation of retail formats.
This paper firstly summarizes the research background of the business model of intelligent interconnected retail equipment, explores the development history of retail equipment, expounds the technical characteristics of intelligent retail equipment, and puts forward the commercial value network based on intelligent retail equipment. Based on the value network, the intelligent interconnected retail equipment business model is divided into the retailer-led business model and the equipment provider led business model. Among them, the retailer-led business model is divided into self-run model and cooperative model, and the equipment provider led business model is divided into self-run model and leasing model. On this basis, based on the research model of wei and zhu's six-factor business model, a comparison is made between the two retailer-oriented business models -- Amazon Go unmanned store and Huayi digital technology robot store. Then take POPMART as an example to explore the business model of smart interconnected retail equipment dominated by equipment providers. At the end of the paper, the existing problems in the business model of intelligent interconnected retail equipment are analyzed and relevant improvement Suggestions are put forward, and the development of new retail in the next stage is prospected.
