dc.description.abstract在台灣大部分的學生大都是住在家裡,飲食習慣深受家庭的影響並傳承父母的飲食觀念,就讀大學後,與家人分開,開始學習獨立,自由自在未受到約束的生活方式,進而導致近年來青少年的健康問題逐漸浮現,青少年需要透過不斷的練習與外在的刺激,才能逐漸養成正確的判斷能力,做出對健康有益的食物選擇,如果沒有建立正確的營養觀念,可能會養成錯誤的飲食習慣,美味的食物伴隨著高熱量、高脂肪、高鹽…等問題,長期的不良飲食習慣及隨心所欲的亂吃,將會產生肥胖及提高罹患慢性疾病的機率,糖尿病也有年輕化的趨勢,將會影響自身的生活品質,於健保於個人都將會是沉重的負擔。
正確均衡的飲食,是維持健康的根本與基礎。良好的飲食教育是預防造成錯誤飲食習慣的一種策略,因此本研究提出一套創新的營養飲食資訊系統,經由系統紀錄每日的飲食營養成分,且以圖表方式提供使用者回饋,讓使用者了解自我每日的營養素攝取狀況,經由提醒改變自身的飲食習慣,在研究中邀請了80名大學生參與,建立了一個大學生長達六個月的實際試驗來驗證系統的應用成果,最後以跨理論模式進行評估,透過跨理論模式的五階段評估了解使用者飲食行為,證明系統對於飲食行為模式的影響和改變。

dc.description.abstractMost Taiwan students’ eating habits are deeply affected by their original families. After entering universities, they move away for school in counties and start to learn being independent. Teenagers would gradually cultivate the correct judgment through constant practice and external stimulation to select food good for health. The free lifestyle results in obesity and enhances the probability of suffering from chronic diseases caused by long-term accumulation of bad eating habits. Diabetes also gradually appears on young people to affect the quality of life and become the heavy burden for health insurance and the individual.
Good diet education is a strategy to prevent from wrong eating habits. Correct and balanced diet is the basis to maintain health. This study develops an innovative interactive healthy eating information system, which could record daily diet nutritional ingredients and provide graphical feedback for users understanding the daily nutrient intake condition and changing the eating habits through the reminder. Total 80 college students are invited to participate in the 6-month experimental research to verify the application result of the system. Finally, Trans-Theoretical Model (TTM) is used for the evaluation. With the five-stage evaluation in trans-theoretical model, users’ eating behaviors are realized to prove the effect of the system on the eating behavior model.
