遠距健康照護管理平台商業模式研究

Abstract

台灣因為少子化的影響，正在往高齡化社會邁進，造成了許多長輩獨處的時間逐步增加。在網路日趨發達，資訊化設備日趨普及的當下，已經將傳統的生理量測設備(如血壓計、額溫/耳溫槍…等)，透過網路傳輸，成為 iot 物聯網設備，進而透過網路、遠端的方式來了解和關懷長輩。 本研究主要目標，便是針對IoT 物聯網的生理量測設備，如何將資料彙集到資訊化平台，整理成資訊內容並且與專業的服務人員結合，成為一個可以營運的商業模式。 並且透過使用者的訪談，了解現有商業模式的實行方法，並且透過使用者的反饋來歸納未來在遠距照顧上可以發展的方向。

Taiwan is moving towards an aging society due to a low birth rate, resulting in older people spending more time alone. At a time when the Internet is becoming more convenient and information equipment is getting more and more popular, traditional health care devices (such as sphygmomanometers, forehead thermometers and ear thermometers, etc.) have became IoT equipment through internet. People can learn and take care of the elders through the internet. The purpose of this research is to analyze how IOT health care devices integrate data into the information platform, organize it into information content and combine it with professional service personnel to become a business model that can be operated. Thus, we can understand the practices of the existing business model through interviews with users. Also, we can summarize the future direction of the development of distance care through users feedback.
