dc.description.abstract本研究以Porter (1990)所提「鑽石模型」為基礎,考慮「企業策略、結構與競爭」、「相關與支援性產業」、「生產要素」、「需求條件」與「政府」五個構面及底下相關準則,先以問卷調查的方式瞭解各界專家對小型風力發電機產業的看法,再應用DANP (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process)方法分析產、官、學、研各界專家所填答之有效問卷,瞭解有利於臺灣小型風力發電機產業發展的關鍵準則,並進行優先順序之排列,以作為廠商經營策略與政府釐定政策之參考。本研究結果顯示,前述五大構面中之「企業策略、結構與競爭」與「相關與支援性產業」兩構面對於我國小型風力發電機產業國際競爭力的影響較為重要,其他需要政府與業界注意的關鍵準則則詳列於本論文相關章節與結論中。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this study is to explore the key criteria that affect the competitiveness of Taiwan’s small wind-turbine industry. The study consists of three phases. First, Porter’s Diamond Model was adopted, which offers five dimensions for constructing impact measurement. Secondly, sixteen criteria were selected under these five dimensions in consideration of the small wind-turbine industry in Taiwan. Finally, fifteen professionals from the government, companies, academic and research institutes were interviewed and their opinions were analyzed using DANP (Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory based on Analytic Network Process) for finding the importance and priority of dimensions having significant impacts on the industry. Through the study, it was found that, among Porter’s five dimensions, the dimension of ‘firm strategy, structure and rivalry’ is the most important one and the dimension of ‘related and supporting industries’ comes to the second. A few important criteria were also identified and listed in this thesis.en
