摘要: | 本研究之目標在於自行設計超音波CVD鑽石牙鑽的微結構以期望能增加其移除效率,提升在臨床上的實用性。首先找尋適合的牙鑽基底材料,參數的選擇包含改變鑽石顆粒的大小、微結構每個格子底部邊長大小、格子角度、溝槽深度和溝槽寬度,利用田口設計實驗找尋較佳參數,進而設計新的CVD鑽石牙鑽表面。較佳的組合顯示溝槽深度對體積移除率的貢獻度不大,但是不同溝槽深度卻對溫升有所影響,實驗後發現當溝槽深度大於90 μm之後對溫升沒有太大的影響,最後牙鑽的較佳參數是以大的鑽石顆粒(約12-14 μm)、底部格子邊長為150 μm、角度為60°、溝槽深度為90 μm以及溝槽寬度為底部邊長之長度的40%(此處為60 μm)。以此參數製作的牙鑽和市售牙鑽(CVDentus)比較後,其結果為自行設計之牙鑽的體積移除率提升了60%、凹洞深度也提升了60%、溫升比市售牙鑽(CVDentus)減少1℃。由於電鍍牙鑽的鎳金屬層容易和牙齒表面接觸,不但容易使鎳金屬脫落而進入人體,此外也不容易使窩洞深度加深,CVD牙鑽在多次磨削後其深度的變化量優於電鍍牙鑽,且窩洞附近沒有崩落情況產生,洞底的形貌不會如電鍍鑽石產生溝槽狀。 The aim of this study was to increase the volume removal rate of dental diamond burs which design the microstructure on the top of the bur. In this study, first, found the fit material. Then, using the Taguchi method combined with five factors to find the better factors. The five factors include the diamond size (2 levels), the base pitch length (3 levels), the pitch’s angle (3 levels), the groove’s depth (3 levels) and the groove’s width (3 levels). After using the Taguchi method to find the combined factors, we can find out that the groove depth’s contribution degree of the volume removal rate is low, but the groove depth can let water go deep to the bur and let the temperature was not increase too high to hurt patients’ health tissue. When the groove depth is over 90 μm , and the △Temp. is almost the same. The relatively good factors are large diamond, the pitch base length is 150 μm, the pitch angle is 60°, the groove depth is 90 μm and the groove width is 40% (60 μm). The results revealed that the self-design of CVD diamond burs cutting performances are better than the marketing sell CVD diamond bur. The self-design bur of the volume removal rate is increase 60%, the depth of the hole is increase 60% and the △Temp. is lower 1 degree than the marketing sell CVD diamond bur. |
