dc.description.abstract | 背景與動機:近年來,健康照護從傳統上威權式的以醫師為中心逐漸轉變成重視病人需求的以病人為中心之照護方式,IOM也將以病人為中心納入21世紀健康照護目標當中;而信任亦在醫療照護品質上扮演一個重要角色。透過病人對於醫療照護的感受,進一步建立良好的醫病信任關係,將有助於改善照護品質。由於牙齒疾病的盛行率及後續可能造成的影響,透過本研究來探討牙科病人對於照護的感受及對牙醫師的信任之間的相關性,並藉此了解是否達到符合病人需求的治療及照護,以提供相關照護策略時的規畫參考,藉以提升病人良好的照護結果。
目的:(1)了解牙科病人對於以病人為中心照護之感受程度。(2)了解牙科病人對牙醫師的信任程度。(3)探討牙科病人對以病人為中心照護之感受程度與對牙醫師信任程度之關係。 方法:本研究使用質性及量性兩種研究方式,量性部分使用問卷調查,使用英國Southampton大學Dr.Little等人發展的「以病人為中心諮詢照護」量表及美國Wake Forest大學Dr.Hall等人發展的「Interpersonal Trust in a Physician(IPTS)」量表進行調查。對象為北部某醫學中心牙科部門診病人;質性部分則採焦點團體法及訪談方式兩種,根據研究目的擬定大綱來訪談牙科病人。透過質性及量性兩種研究方式來更深入了解病人的感受。 結果:本研究所使用之「以病人為中心照護」量表與病人信任量表皆具有高度一致性,Cronbach’s α值分別為0.953及0.881。受訪病人普遍對於「以病人為中心照護」有正向感受,對於醫師也有較高的信任程度。經迴歸分析後也發現,病人對於「以病人為中心照護」的感受與對醫師的各構面信任程度達顯著相關。 建議:給予後續研究者的建議包含(1)擴大樣本對象、(2)納入其他調查對象、(3)增加其他測量變項因素、(4)探討後續之影響因素 關鍵字:以病人為中心照護、牙科照護、病人感受、病人信任 | zh_TW |
