| dc.description.abstract | 在臺灣早期,伴手禮象徵著人與人之間聯繫情感的禮物,在現代伴手禮已經逐漸成為商業行銷各地名品及特產的專有名詞。2011年「台南市文化觀光伴手禮產業發展協會」成立,目標為協助政府制訂伴手禮產業基本政策與發展伴手禮產業的各項活動,期望能將伴手禮與「休閒產業」及「文化創意產業」相結合。台南伴手禮店家「依蕾特」曾多次獲選為「府城十大伴手禮」名店,因此本研究以依蕾特作為目標商店,擬了解品牌形對商家的重要影響,主要探究品牌形象、顧客滿意度與顧客忠誠度之間的關係。
本研究採用簡單便利抽樣法,於2015年5月19日至2015年5月26日期間,於台南市依蕾特安平店隨機調查購買依蕾特作為伴手禮用途之消費者,共回收266有效問卷,並以結構方程模型(Structural Equation Model,SEM)以及模糊質化比較法(Fuzzy set/ Qualitative Comparative Analysis,fs/QCA)進行研究假設之驗證。實證結論發現品牌形象對顧客滿意度及顧客忠誠度皆具有顯著的正向影響;顧客滿意度對顧客忠誠度具有顯著的正向影響。根據研究結果建議伴手禮店家應發展具有地方特色之伴手禮,可以將具有在地元素的符號、圖騰、代表物或文字透過包裝設計呈現,並使用當地生產之農產品做為食品的原料,強調健康、新鮮及天然,並創造當地的品牌故事,賦予產品更多的在地情感進而深化消費者對產品的印象,藉由伴手禮商店的品牌形象上升,進而增加顧客的滿意程度及忠誠度。 | zh_TW |
