dc.description.abstract | 318占領立法院行動作為二次政黨輪替以來的「中國因素」一系列社會運動中,規模最大、囊括最多社會運動團體與學生組織共同合作,也是三十年來衝突程度最高的抗爭行動。本篇以圈內人(insider)觀點,透過參與觀察與深度訪談的資料,以歷史方法還原運動中的學生動員及其內部決策、發展的動態過程,從成功占領立法院、行政院事件、結束占領行動等三個事件做為轉捩點(critical point),開展本文的三個主要論點。
(一)運動內部決策模式的選擇,並非由動員結構或動員方式決定。運動核心及其所屬運動網絡中,對於運動內部民主、決策模式的一套文化想像,才能有效解釋現場決策過程中,運動者為何共同選擇特定決策模式、組織形式及領導型態的關鍵。(二)在混亂且高風險的占領行動現場,在組織形式、決策模式、領導型態的選擇,是環環相扣的,秘密動員的高風險行動,致使運動中領導型態、組織形式的選擇變得有限。(三)保守性別秩序的再製:在抗爭策略的選擇、決策權力與資訊的傳遞上,造成女性弱勢的處境,抗爭的日常生活空間、對女性身體的刻版印象、言談風格的重重限制等,不利於女性於抗爭中的參與。 綜結本文,一個以民主價值為號召的運動,在運動內部民主的實踐若難以對弱勢者有足夠的尊重、包容,雖達成部分運動訴求,對於民主文化深化的影響仍然有限。以上種種關於運動內部民主的討論,同時也是對性別弱勢者處境的關照出發的,因為性別弱勢者所能享有的空間與決策權,便是民主所能保障的空間,就這個意義而言,運動內部民主本身就蘊含著性別平等的關懷。 | zh_TW |
