款也從保暖耐穿的基本款式提昇至抗菌、吸汗等各種機能性的特殊襪品，但是自 1990年代後期，台灣原物料物價和人力成本飆漲，在貿易自由化的衝擊之下， 全球產業競爭越來越激烈，台灣織襪產業開始衰弱。 本論文針對台灣織襪產業進行產業聚落形成原因、發展現況與未來趨勢、產 業結構等進行調查，並且利用 SWOT分析工具來協助計畫因應策略，規劃出生 產供應鏈改善計畫提供相關業者和政府單位意見，協助台灣織襪產業轉型與升 級，突破全球化的挑戰，勾勒出未來發展的藍圖。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Taiwan hosiery industry has created substantial foreign exchange earnings. With the changing of time, the function of socks in market condition has been transformed from basically warm-up and durable to special function added. However, the wave of trading liberalization around 1990s sharpened the competition for the increase of material and manpower cost. The value of hosiery industry decreases.
In this study, general surveys of the causes of industrial clusters, current status and future directions, and industrial structure to the hosiery industry are made. And then I use SWOT to analyze and frame the response strategies. Develop a strong production and supply chain function to relevant industry and government units. Hope the hosiery industry may be reformed and obtain different competitive market power. | en |
