dc.description.abstract | 近年來,原住民族相關議題與研究愈來愈受各界重視。由於原住民族知識具獨特性、傳統性、地域性,且原住民族知識是動態的,不斷有新的知識湧入,使得原住民族資訊資源之整理與保存愈顯重要。
行政院原住民族委員會於民國95年委託國立臺灣大學圖書館建置「臺灣原住民族資訊資源網」(簡稱「原資網」),目標是成為原住民族資訊的單一資源入口,以提供完整的原住民族網路資源與資訊服務。其服務宗旨是以臺灣原住民族入口網站為構想,廣羅原住民相關之網路資源、線上服務等數位資訊,妥善加以分類整理,並整合原住民族相關網站以及原住民族計畫研究成果資料庫,以期能提供一個親切便利的原住民族資訊整合網站,達到資源整合、單一入口、便利推廣、訊息交流四項目標。之後,為提供更加符合原住民族之需求,增進臺灣原住民族資訊資源網使用者之便利性,臺灣原住民族資訊資源網於民國101年進行網站改版。 本研究以臺灣原住民族資訊資源網為研究個案,為確實讓網站符合使用者需求,採取人物誌設計法進行評估,目標是探索原資網使用者類型,擬定典型的虛擬人物,以供改版設計或網站評估過程利用,以期更提升原資網之好用性,增加使用者滿意度,讓原資網能吸引更多使用者。 本研究蒐集的資料主要分為訪談資料和網站流量數據。首先,分析網站流量資料,了解原資網使用者對原住民資訊的需求,依照網頁瀏覽數據區分主要使用者類型以及網站使用情形。其次,實行半結構式訪談法,訪談使用過原資網或有原住民資訊需求的受訪者,於訪談資料中發掘原資網目標族群的使用目的和情境,期望能從使用者角度發現新議題,作為原資網未來改版設計之參考。最後,整合網站流量數據和訪談結果,建立原資網使用者之人物誌。 研究結果整合分析出原資網三種主要人物誌類型:(一)新聞瀏覽者;(二)田野活動參與者;(三)學術研究者。最後進一步建議:(一)蒐集更多量化資料以驗證人物誌;(二)為其他類型的使用者建立人物誌;(三)定期檢視人物誌以確認其代表性;(四)分析其他臺灣原住民族相關網站,增加原資網市場區隔性。 關鍵字:臺灣原住民族;人物誌;網站評估;網站設計 | zh_TW |
