電子化更年期健康篩檢系統設計

Abstract

更年期的婦女因為雌激素與黃體激素分泌的減少而開始月經周期不正常，且成年女性的健康缺少不了雌激素與黃體激素，因此更年期的婦女會產生身理與心理的症狀如月經不規律、熱潮紅、盜汗、失眠、陰道乾澀、泌尿問題、失眠等，雖然多數婦女認同更年期是步入老年的自然階段，但伴隨的症狀卻會讓女性對於自身健康狀況產生不確定感，相關研究人員建議醫護人員可以提供更年期婦女相關的知識與健康照護，讓更年期婦女降低對健康狀況的不確定感與擬訂改善健康的計畫。 傳統是透過紙本的問卷與衛教資料來提供給更年期婦女，電子化更年期系統提供一個電子問卷的平台，透過電子的問卷和與護理人員討論所設計出的演算法，讓更年期婦女在填寫完問卷後可以立即取得自身關於更年期症狀與疾病風險因子的評估，也提供專屬於個案的衛教資料，對於護理人員可以免去繁複的計算即可取得個案在更年期症狀的統整資料，醫生也可以利用整理出來的資料作為診斷的參考。

Women of menopausal age have some symptoms for female hormones reduced, like irregular periods, hot flashes, trouble sleeping …. Therefore women of menopausal age result uncertainty about there health. Related research shows that health care workers should provide the knowledge of menopause to menopausal women. The traditional way is through questionnaires and educational materials by paper. It takes much time in analysis of the answer and the same knowledge for all menopausal women. Electronic perimenopausal health screen system provide electronic questionnaire and algorithm. It can help menopausal women, nurses and doctors. For menopausal, they can get data about there menopausal symptoms by analysis the answers of questionnaire and educational materials which match personal characteristics immediately. For nurses, they can get case date immediately and exempted from the complex calculation. For doctors, they can use this data in diagnosis for reference.
