| dc.description.abstract | 本文釐清，環境政治中，「論述聯盟」作為一種新的途徑，其政治的重要性已逐漸顯現與增加。依據這個概念，環境管理結合社會理論與細部的現實經驗分析，並且透過新竹工業廢水爭議的研究，說明了生態現代化的社會與政治動態。反思未來環境政治的制度性挑戰作為本文結論。本文不但是環境政治的反思，也著重在政策過程研究中，論述分析的應用。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis identifies the emergence and increasing political importance of ‘Discourse‐Coalitions’ as a new way in environmental politics. In this concept, environmental management combined social theory with detailed empirical analysis, illustrating the social and political dynamics of ecological modernization through a study of the industrial waste water controversies in Hsin Chu. The thesis concludes with a reflection on the institutional challenge of environmental politics in the years to come. The thesis is not only seen as a reflection on environmental politics, but is also focused for its application of discourse analysis to the study of the policy process. | en |
