| dc.description.abstract | 景美女中拔河隊為世界知名女子拔河隊伍，自2010年起橫掃多座國際賽事冠軍獎牌，至今仍是不褪色的臺灣之光。當年，首批奪冠成員的故事甚至被拍成電影《志氣》，引發廣大迴響。這批選手畢業後步入職場，展開人生的全新面向。但也有不少選手在學期間，抵擋不住訓練壓力，因此選擇退出。菁英運動員的生涯，不只榮耀，也充滿挫折，並不如大眾所想的亮麗。
論文分為兩部份，第一部分為學術研究，首先探討拔河運動的起源，以及拔河運動如何在台灣萌芽、發展。接著梳理女性運動員的相關研究，探討女性如何在運動場上發跡，而媒體又如何呈現女性運動員的形象。最後，整理臺灣體育保送制度的流變，簡介臺灣體育專長生的升學制度。 第二部分報導訪談景美女中拔河隊，十年間約二十名選手的生命故事，藉以了解目前國內拔河國手的培訓制度以及升學概況。接著，書寫女子運動員在選手生涯中的困境與迷惘。其中透過訪談三位中途退出的體育專長生，了解她們非預期結束體育生涯心境。最後，討論拔河運動與選手女性身分的衝突，以及退役運動員如何面對運動生涯的終點。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Jingmei tug-of-war team is a world-renowned women’s tug-of-war team. They have claimed many international championships since 2010, and become the pride of Taiwan. Then, the story of the team was even made into the movie “Step Back to Glory”, which struck a chord with many viewers. After graduating from the National Taiwan Normal University, members started a new life. However, some members who couldn’t resist the pressure of training chose to quit. The career of elite athletes is not as bright as people think.
The thesis includes two parts. The first part is academic research. It first discusses the origin of the tug-of-war and how it sprouted and developed in Taiwan. Also, it reviews the relevant research of female athletes, explores how women are empowered in the sports field, and how the media present the image of female athletes. At last, readers will understand the evolution of Taiwan's student-athletes system. The second part is an in-depth reporting. This in-depth article records about 20 members from Jingmei tug-of-war team in the past ten years, to understand the current domestic tug-of-war training system and the education system of sports-specialized students. Next, write about the dilemmas and confusion of female athletes in their careers. By the interview about three sports-specialized students who withdrew halfway through the training, we can understand their mood of ending their sports career unexpectedly. Finally, the in-depth reporting discusses the conflict between tug-of-war and the female status of members, and how retired athletes face the end of their sports career. | en |
