dc.description.abstract本研究探討二階供應鏈之產能規劃及合作夥伴關係管理,此二階供應鏈由上游廠商提供零件給下游廠商加工製造成成品銷售。而此上下游廠商雖為合作夥伴,但在製造成品上為競爭對手,如何將此合作又競爭的關係,轉變成成熟的策略是本研究的重點。本篇研究導入動態決策模型,探討上游零件的定價、產能投資以及夥伴關係管理。zh_TW
dc.description.abstractThis research studies capacity and partnership planning problems in a two echelon supply chain. In this two echelon supply chain, the upstream firm provides key components to the downstream firm, and also produces and sells finished products. Therefore, we assume two firms are in their relationship as supplier-customer in terms of key components but also competitors in terms of their finished products. In this upstream firm-based study, we stress the concepts, “conflict of interest” relationships and the combination of two cross aspects of cooperation and competition organized to understand the comprehensive strategy. The proposed dynamic decision model studies the strategic interaction between firms in capacity planning, component pricing and partnership management. Finally our result analysis provides the optimal policy under different environments, and the factors which the firm has to be concerned with during the decision making process are examined, as well. We hope this initial study will be a prelude to enable the development of research in this field.en
