dc.description.abstract本深度報導論文探討在臺灣還是一種新興領域的非藥物療法「音樂治療」,透過與病人、家屬、音樂治療師、相關人員訪談,瞭解音樂治療目前在臺灣的推廣情形。
深度報導部分整理受訪音樂治療師和病人、病人家屬在治療過程的互動,透過筆者的觀察,介紹音樂治療對病人的益處功效。本深度報導發現,由於臺灣醫療法規中沒有音樂治療相關規範,導致任何人都能進行音樂治療,加上宣導不足,臺灣民眾對音樂治療專業抱有錯誤迷思,也有人認為音樂是治百病的萬靈丹。
本深度報導透過十位從歐美各國留學歸國的音樂治療師分享,瞭解音樂治療是一個針對個人,包括個人背景、文化、病情等各種因素皆納入考量的治療方式,因此治療時間與療效也因人而異,它的療效或許不是百分之百,但確實幫助許多了患者,促進健康、快速恢復到一個身心安適的狀態。民眾在接受音樂治療前,應該和治療師充分溝通,並在治療過程中,耐心地陪伴病人,以達到治療最大功效。
全世界逐漸邁入高齡社會,失智症患者增加以外,自閉症患者也有增加趨勢,而已經有很多研究顯示,音樂治療介入對這些患者病情都有明顯改善。
本深度報導也藉由和醫療相關專家、衛福部官員的訪談、國外音樂治療發展情形,探討音樂治療在臺灣發展面臨的困境,並進一步提供可能的解決之道。

dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this in-depth report was to examine the professional development of music therapy in Taiwan, address the current challenges and provide possible solutions.
By gathering information and stories through interviews with patients, family members, and music therapists, this in-depth report was able to demonstrate a few therapeutic process, which involved taking into account the client’s personal condition, background, and culture in assessment as well as selecting and implementing effective cultural based methods for treatment.
This in-depth report also demonstrated that music therapy can make a significant contribution to the care and support of persons with special needs, from cancer patients, autism, and dementia within a society in which people are living longer, autism diagnoses are increasing and in which the topic of inclusion has become very important.
