摘要: | 本文以L公司為例,研究其在醫療行業的產品創新發展戰略。L公司從事軟件開發,以前在混凝土行業信息化領域取得成功,如今涉足醫療信息化領域,從事移動護理信息系統開發。
本文採用實證分析法和規範分析法,應用管理理論的觀點,結合實際情況來研究L公司的創新發展戰略。先從醫療行業的大環境入手,分析了醫療行業、醫療信息化、護理信息化的發展現狀,利用PEST理論模型,從政治、經濟、社會和技術四個方面分析了企業面臨的外部環境,並利用五力模型分析了企業所處的競爭環境,同時對市場需求情況也進行了分析。 公司內部環境分析則採用SWOT分析法,從公司的優勢、劣勢、機遇和威脅四個方面分別進行了分析,並回顧總結了公司發展歷程,分析了公司的經營現狀。 在對內、外部環境分析的基礎上,研究得出了L公司在醫療行業的產品創新發展戰略:加大在醫療信息化領域的研發投入,開發出具有獨特優勢的移動護理信息化產品,與大公司大而全的解決方案形成差異化競爭格局。注重用戶體驗,深度挖掘醫療大數據資源,積極應用人工智能技術,為智慧醫療發展做出貢獻。打造醫療信息化行業新品牌,成為健康醫療信息化平臺的專業供應商,創造公司第二成長曲線。 為保證戰略順利執行,本文從企業文化、產品研發、人力資源、市場營銷和風險管理五個方面進一步分析,指出企業管理中應做的調整,以期在醫療信息化領域實現新的突破。 最後,對本研究進行總結,並指出不足之處和改進方法。 This article takes L company as an example to study its product innovation development strategy in the medical industry. L company engaged in software development, in the field of information technology in the concrete industry has been successful, and now involved in the field of medical information technology, engaged in the development of mobile nursing information systems. This article uses the empirical analysis method and normative analysis method, the application of management theory, combined with the actual situation to study the L company's innovation and development strategy. Starting from the environment of the medical industry, it analyzes the development status of the medical industry, medical informationization, and nursing informationization. Using the PEST theoretical model, it analyzes the external environment the company faces from four aspects of politics, economy, society, and technology. The five-force model was used to analyze the competitive environment in which the company was located and at the same time, the market demand situation was also analyzed. The internal environment analysis of the company adopts the SWOT analysis method and analyzes the company's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. It also reviews the company's development history and analyzes the company's operating status. Based on the analysis of internal and external environments, we have studied the company's product innovation and development strategy in the medical industry: increasing investment in research and development in the field of medical informatization, and developing mobile nursing informatization products with unique advantages. The big company's big and complete solutions form a differentiated competitive landscape. Focus on user experience, in-depth exploration of medical big data resources, and actively apply artificial intelligence technology to contribute to the development of smart medical nursing. Create a new brand in the medical information industry and become a professional supplier for the health medical information platform, creating the company's second growth curve. In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the strategy, this article further analyzes the five aspects of corporate culture, product development, human resources, marketing and risk management, and points out the adjustments that should be made in business management in order to achieve new breakthroughs in the field of medical information technology. At the end, it summarize the study, and point out the inadequacies and improvement methods. |
