| dc.description.abstract | This study explores the challenges of tacit knowledge transfer during succession in Taiwanese family businesses. Through case studies of three traditional industries, it examines how successors internalize founders’ knowledge via experiential learning and informal interaction, in the absence of institutional mechanisms. Findings suggest that trust and long-term engagement are critical, while formal structures play a secondary role. Practical succession strategies are proposed. | en |
