      <title>黑暗觀光遊客之情緒體驗與再訪意願：黑暗吸引力之中介效果－以台灣「國民革命忠烈祠」為例</title>

摘要: 黑暗觀光(dark tourism)，或是遊訪至與死亡、災難和悲劇關聯的地方及景點並非新的現象。從人們有能力旅行以來，就曾經前往這樣的黑暗觀光地去從事休閒活動。然而，特別是在東方社會，由於人們對於死亡議題的隱諱，甚至選擇「隱藏」起來，以至於研究此一現象的學者仍在少數，相關討論也從近五年內才開始發展。這種與死亡或災難相關之黑暗議題與一般概念中通常與快樂、放鬆相連結的觀光旅遊是否能夠連結起來呢？本研究透過實證研究的方式，並且使用Plutchik的情緒輪及情緒立方體理論來說明黑暗觀光遊客之基本情緒體驗與一般休閒活動中遊客情緒體驗的差異。本研究首先回顧國內外關於黑暗觀光之相關文獻，接著以位於台北市圓山的「國民革命忠烈祠」參訪遊客為研究對象，使用等距抽樣方式發放問卷，共計發放問卷數330 份，回收有效問卷數306 份。資料分析方法包括：描述性統計、Pearson相關分析、信度分析、t 檢定、單因子變異數分析及多元迴歸分析法，以SAS統計軟體9.2版為主要的資料分析工具。&#xD;
主要研究結果顯示，1. 不同旅遊特性及人口特徵變項的遊客對於情緒體驗、黑暗吸引力及再訪意願具有顯著差異；2. 黑暗吸引力在情緒體驗及再訪意願之間的有中介效果。3. 哀傷及歡樂感受皆可有效預測黑暗觀光地的再訪意願，正向及負向情緒並存於黑暗觀光地的遊客情緒體驗之中。因此，遊客在休閒活動中所希望獲得的已經不再只是完全正向的感受，體驗到負向的情緒感受也會是遊客願意一再參訪的原因，本研究同時提出後續建議，期望拓展台灣在黑暗觀光領域之發展。以及相關研究者未來研究之參考及方向。; Dark tourism, or visiting sites or attractions associated with death, disaster and tragedy is not a new phenomenon, as long as people are been able to visit such places and events. Nevertheless, in our general idea, it is impossible to connect leisure with dark side, because the former is often related to happy or exhilarating feeling while the latter is akin to horrific or gloomy feeling, especially in the Far-East nations; we palpably avoid mentioning about demise or disaster, sometimes we even repress it. As a result, the affiliated archives are limited so far; respectively some related researches are presented in recent years. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to address this gap in the literature. This study will utilize Plutchik’s theory of emotional wheel and emotional solid to investigate visitors’ feeling during visiting Martyrs’ Shrine. Simultaneously, we further explore the mediating effects i.e. the appeal of dark tourism aligned with the intention of tourist participating in the unconventional itinerary, in explicit, on the emotional level. &#xD;
Approach-wise, a multilateral scheme was conducted in which SAS 9.2 was being maneuvered as a statistical tool in addition to the descriptive statistics, Pearson's correlation coefficient analysis, reliability analysis, t-test and one-way ANOVA were executed in attempt to scrutinize the amassed data. Eventually, the multiple regression analysis corroborated the mediating functionality extracted from dark attractions. Meanwhile, a systematic sampling was adopted via survey；330 visitors were being sampled with a totality of 306 valid questionnaires were substantiated；gender-wise, there are 136 males and 170 females amid the respondents.&#xD;
The results of this study unseal dual revelations: (1) Quantitative analysis indicates that significant deviations were found between respondents’ socioeconomic background and how their characteristics related to dark tourism. (2) In terms of revisiting, happy and expectation are deemed the predominant mediators, while dark attractions are particularly maneuvered through the woeful sentiments, such as sadness. &#xD;
In brief, this study prove that positive feeling is not the solely response visitors’ are intended to receive; people will be more impressed about the sites when negating visceral such as fear or sadness. Therefore, it worth to develop dark tourism spots in the cause of fulfilling some visitor’s wishes to feel differently, and we should also construct the literature of dark tourism in order to fit the Far-East nations.</description>

      <title>高齡者在不同媒體新聞呈現形式之閱報行為研究</title>

摘要: 閱讀設備的發展和更新也隨著科技發展愈發進步，讓閱讀的空間與時間無遠弗屆。隨著智慧型手機及iPad的誕生，輸入方式也已不再局限於滑鼠和實體鍵盤，而高齡者在使用這些產品的設計是否符合他們的需求值得探討。高齡者因生理器官的機能退化，在使用產品上可能會有操作障礙的情況發生（Fisk等, 2004），而閱讀是臺灣高齡者的生活休閒之一，尤其是閱讀報紙新聞的社會版和政治版對他們來說具有時效性，能跟上社會的腳步，做為高齡者和社會互動的管道。新聞呈現媒體中，除了電子版的原版報紙之外，網路新聞、平板新聞APP都可當作新聞的呈現媒體。&#xD;
本研究選定高齡者作為主要研究對象，主要是探討電子報紙、網路新聞、平板新聞等媒體是否能讓高齡者閱讀更方便，眼睛不吃力，操作更便利。除了考量生理機能退化、視力不佳的問題，也需考量新聞呈現形式是否讓高齡者閱讀新聞更方便、更能掌握報紙新聞重點、以及有效放大新聞字體。本研究針對聯合報原版報紙、聯合新聞網UDN、聯合報報紙Plus三種媒體新聞呈現形式進行研究，探討高齡者的閱讀行為與閱讀態度，以提供未來的設計發展更能符合高齡者的閱讀需求與增加便利性。&#xD;
實驗設計以閱讀任務為主，請高齡者尋找新聞、放大縮小字體以及閱讀新聞內容，搭配Mangoldvision可攜式眼球追蹤設備，收集高齡者操作不同媒體時，執行任務的眼動歷程、凝視時間、凝視次數與首次注視時間。實驗結束請受試者填寫NASA-TLX工作負荷量表，了解高齡者對使用三種媒體的主觀感受，最後進行訪談，整理對於這三種媒體呈現形式的建議與設計改善。&#xD;
研究結果發現，使用三種媒體尋找新聞的時間、放大縮小新聞內文字體、調整字體大小所花費的時間存在顯著差異，但是使用三種媒體閱讀新聞內容則不具顯著差異。尋找新聞、放大縮小新聞內文字體的操作錯誤次數具有顯著差異，爾後繼續探討高齡者操作錯誤的手勢與步驟。聯合報原版報紙的右側新聞版面平均凝視時間最長，大多數高齡者使用畫面正下方的翻頁按鍵瀏覽新聞版面；高齡者在放大畫面時會先嘗試使用視窗右上方的縮小、放大與關閉視窗三個按鈕。聯合新聞網UDN位於網站中間的發燒新聞的凝視時間最長，大部分高齡者點選第二層新聞分類選單進入新聞提要。高齡者瀏覽新聞內文尋找將新聞畫面放大功能的平均凝視時間最長。聯合報Plus新聞分類第二層的凝視時間最長，高齡者花較多時間尋找第一層新聞分類選單；在放大畫面時新聞詳細內容凝視時間最長。&#xD;
在NASA-TLX工作負荷量表中，高齡者使用三種新聞媒體的六項指標均無顯著差異。在心智負荷中，男性與女性高齡者使用聯合新聞網UDN具有顯著差異；在身體負荷中，男性與女性高齡者在使用聯合新聞網UDN以及聯合報Plus具有顯著差異；在挫折程度中，高齡者性別在使用聯合新聞網UDN以及聯合報Plus具有顯著差異。有使用智慧型手機與平板電腦的高齡者與沒有使用的高齡者中在自我績效中，使用聯合報Plus具有顯著差異。&#xD;
根據研究結果與訪談結果，高齡者大多無法快速找到聯合報原版報紙翻頁鍵，建議用觸控方式更接近閱讀實體報紙翻頁的方式。聯合新聞網UDN新聞選單分類過於複雜，建議聯合新聞網UDN將新聞分類減少或是與其他常見的新聞網站相同，提高找尋新聞的效率。聯合報Plus需將新聞內容、新聞分類選單的字體再加大，方便高齡者閱讀，讓所有的新聞標題可以呈現在畫面中，讓高齡者尋找新聞時可以一目了然。; Reading newspaper is one of the entertainments of elderly people in Taiwan. They often read social and political news because they can keep up with the pace of society and maintain social interaction. The development of reading devices improved in recent years. With the invention of smart phones and iPad, input method is no longer limited to mouse and physical keyboard. Elderly’s physical and mental degradation include visual, tactile, cognitive problems. When they operate technological product would create obstacles and difficulties.Therefore the product design should meet their needs. &#xD;
In this study, elderly people were selected as the main object, and investigate the behaviors of elderly people reading newspaper with e-paper news, electronic news, and mobile electronic news. Experiment missions include searching news, adjusting news font and reading the news. Mangoldvision eye-tracking device records the pattern of eye movement, observation length, observation count, and time to first fixation.At the end of the experiment, elderlt people were required to fill NASA-TLX questionnaire. And researcher interviewed them about the usability of reading news with different media formats.&#xD;
The results showed that when operating e-paper news, most elderly people using the functional key to search news. And to enlarge news font size, they were easily confused with icons on the interface. When operating electronic news, elderly people spent a lot of time searching news between the menu hierarchies. Looking for function keys to enlarge news font size on the electronic news format was much easier than the other two media formats. Elderly people spent more time operating the second layer of menu hierarchies in the mobile electronic news. And they have difficult finding the buttons to enlarge and shrink the news font size.&#xD;
In the NASA-TLX workload scale, the six indicators of three news media had no significant differences. In the use of electronic news, mental load and physical load, and frustration had significant difference. And in the use of mobile electronic news, physical load and frustration had significant differences. Elderly people who had smart phones and tablet PCs perform better than the elderly that didn’t have.&#xD;
According to the results of experiments and interviews, we suggested that the e-paper news searching could use touch flip to replace functional key. Electronic news categories would reduce to make searching news more efficiently. Mobile electronics news could increase font size of the news categories and texts. And let the news headlines all presented on the interface, so that elderly people could spent less time searching news.</description>

      <title>高齡者休閒與成功老化關係之研究</title>

摘要: 台灣已經邁入了高齡社會，而高齡社會將面臨著許多高齡者問題與議題，本研究主要探討高齡者休閒與成功老化之間關係，資料來自民國九十二年台灣地區中老年身心社會生活狀況長期追蹤調查，樣本為2,864人，本研究使用單因子變異數、皮爾森積差相關、層級迴歸分析、路徑分析方法進行資料分析。&#xD;
研究結果顯示，在控制人口變項後，工具性日常生活功能對高齡者休閒活動參與、社會支持、心理健康、生活滿意度有正向影響；消遣型休閒活動對接受他人情感性社會支持、心理健康、生活滿意度有正向影響；體力型休閒活動對心理健康、生活滿意度有正向影響。路徑分析結果顯示工具性日常生活功能明顯會影響心理健康，而心理健康是解釋生活滿意度變化的最主要預測因素。&#xD;
成功老化及其相關因素是具有多元層面的複雜分析關係，當生理功能良好的高齡者在面臨退休成角色失落的心理壓迫力時，可透過休閒活動和提供情感性支持來促進成功老化。建議政府、社會、家庭成員應提供高齡者休閒活動、心理及社會支持上的協助。; Since Taiwan has officially become an“aging societies”. Aging societies had brought lots of problems and issues in elderly people. The purpose of this study was to investigated the relationship between leisure and successful aging for elderly. Stratified random sampling was used to collect data from 2864 elders. We used one-way ANOVA , Pearson’s product-moment correlation, hierarchical regression and path analysis to analyze the hypotheses and attain the purposes of this study. &#xD;
Our results indicate that controlling population variables, institutional activities of daily living (IADLs) is a strong and positive predictor of leisure activity, social support, mental health and life satisfaction. The recreational leisure activity is a strong and positive predictor of received emotional social support, mental health and life satisfaction. The physical leisure activity is a strong and positive predictor of mental health and life satisfaction. In path analysis result shows institutional activities of daily living can affect mental health. Mental health is the main predict factor in life satisfaction. &#xD;
Successful aging and its affect factors have a multiple and complex analysis relationsons. When older adults have a good physical function but face mental stress in retired and lose roles, it should be participated in leisure activities and offered affective support to enhance successful aging. The suggestion of this study was that the government, society, family members should provide older adults more on the leisure activities, mental and social supports.</description>

      <title>高齡休閒農業體驗服務設計研究</title>

摘要: 台灣經濟隨著工商業的蓬勃發展，農村工資與生產資材價格上漲，提昇農產品生產成本，許多出口農產品逐漸喪失競爭力。再加上台灣於2002年正式加入世界貿易組織，市場的開放使得台灣農業面臨更困難的處境。如同二級或三級產業的價格割喉戰讓許多企業無力繼續，經濟學家 Pine和Gilmore(1999)觀察到為了找尋出路，企業不再僅提供商品或服務，而是開始提供最終的體驗，休閒農業為利用環境資源，結合農村文化及農家生活，提供國民休閒，增進國民對農業及農村之體驗為目的之農業經營。其以農業為基礎並運用地方特有之鄉村景觀、人文風情，結合生產、生活、生態三生一體之產業，故休閒農業帶動之農村發展是外國進口品所難以取代的。同時，國人收入提高，對於生活品質、休閒活動的需求量增加，相較於年輕族群，高齡者不只在經濟上能夠負擔，時間上，已從勞力市場退休的高齡者也比年輕族群更有餘裕，因此高齡者休閒市場非常具有潛力。&#xD;
本研究試圖找出高齡者參與休閒農業體驗時合適的服務設計，為了達到這個目的，本研究採用層級分析法，蒐集11位在休閒農業、服務設計、教育、高齡者研究、管理行銷相關領域專家之意見，經過層級分析法問卷調查，調查結果發現對專家而言，高齡休閒農業體驗服務設計最重要的目標構面為環境設施服務設計，尤其在環境設施服務設計構面下的「一般無障礙環境」與「高齡者輔助」評估準則最為重要，顯示專家認為高齡者在進行休閒農業體驗時提供高齡者所需的協助是很重要的設計面向。次重要的是高齡遊客屬性目標構面下的「個人內在阻礙」與「人際間阻礙」評估準則，這樣的結果表示專家意見中，休閒農業體驗活動設計的難度需要符合高齡者的能力，才能消弭其內心不安，另外，因為高齡者進行休閒農業體驗時通常都會與家人、友伴同行，利用行銷策略鼓勵兩代甚至三代同樂，或是享有高齡者團體折扣，都應該可以加強高齡者進行休閒農業體驗活動之意願。; With the vigorous development of Taiwan's economy industry and commerce, rural wages and production materials prices, enhance agricultural production costs, many agricultural exports is gradually losing competitiveness. This study attempts to identify elderly people to participate in leisure agriculture experience when designing appropriate services, in order to achieve this object, the present study uses AHP, collecting 11 in leisure agriculture, services, design, education, elderly person research, management, marketing experts in related fields The opinion, through AHP questionnaire survey found that of the expert, the elderly leisure agriculture experience the most important goal of service design facets of environmental facilities and services designed especially for 'Under the Environmental Facilities Services design facets of general accessibility Environment 'and' elderly person assisted 'the most important evaluation criteria, experts believe that elderly person show during leisure agriculture experience to provide assistance when needed elderly person is very important to design for.
