| dc.description.abstract | 隨著現代化前沿技術的飛速發展,對一些行業造成了巨大的實質性衝擊,一些行業的運行模式和規則正在悄然發生變化,製造業也是如此,隨著資訊技術的進一步發展,整個製造業受到了前所未有的衝擊,但其中也有一定的歷史性發展機遇。作為製造業中不可忽視的有機組成部分,離散製造企業如何借助前沿科技手段提高自身的運行效率,推動企業在激烈的市場博弈中站穩腳跟並實現發展,已成為當前企業管理者必須認真思考的問題。
為了深入研究這一問題,本論文以M裝備製造公司為樣本,對其進行全方位的系統分析,借此尋找我國境內的離散製造企業如何借助前沿技術的大規模應用,進一步提升自身的發展優勢。本研究先是系統收集了M公司的公開資料和資料,包括企業簡介、發展軌跡、主營構成等的,此外還詳細瞭解了該公司當前運用資訊化技術的基本情況。 在此基礎上,本研究進一步挖掘在資訊化建設中該公司在組織管理、成本控制和現有資源的科學利用等方面,遭遇的一系列問題。接下來,本研究結合M公司的實際情況,從技術、管理、組織等層面對其進行了系統的分析,為該公司進一步優化現有組織模式、提升運行效率提出合理化建議。同時,還對該公司提出了科學配置各方資源,大規模招引外部人才的建議。 然後,對M公司資訊化建設應用所取得的成果進行分析,結果顯示在過去的20多年裡,M公司在該方面的投入持續加大,新系統的實施在一定程度上改變了其原有運行模式,並對公司發展產生積極影響。從實施效果來看,大規模實施資訊化改造後,該公司基本做到了資訊即時抓取和有效分析整合,公司的組織架構和運行流程都得到明顯提升,資訊化建設為M公司帶來了質的飛躍,尤其是該公司的日常生產效率、管理水準得到了提高;並且在掌握海量資料基礎上,公司高層的決策更為科學精准。總體上,資訊化建設與應用在一定程度上提高了公司的運行效率,公司內部的生產車間運行水準得到提高,各部門、各生產環節的資訊透明度空前提高,資源配置效果得到顯著提升,同時大幅壓低了運行成本,M公司對市場需求和服務物件的個性化要求都能第一時間進行回應,進而全方位提高了發展優勢。 為此,本研究先是深入解析了該公司的成功經驗,瞭解其要素支撐問題,結果表明公司決策者的高度信任和鼎力支持、關鍵技術的科學選配和合理運用、不同單位的通力協作以及高層的高效溝通協調、一線職工的積極配合與公司高層審時度勢啟動資訊文化建設等因素,都起到了一定的作用。 本研究為M公司提出了後續發展規劃,其中有系統的進一步升級、運行模式的智慧化轉型以及專業人才的招聘和培養,還包括進一步調整公司的組織架構等方面。從宏觀方面分析,本研究對M公司大規模推進資訊化應用的做法進行了全方位的研究,能夠為同類企業提供一定的參考,有助於推動整個離散製造行業的高品質發展。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | With the rapid development of modern cutting-edge technology, some industries have been hit hard. The operation modes and rules of some industries are quietly changing. The manufacturing industry is also like this. With the further development of information technology, the entire manufacturing industry has been hit unprecedentedly, but there are also certain historical development opportunities. As an organic part of the manufacturing industry that cannot be ignored, how discrete manufacturing enterprises can use cutting-edge scientific and technological means to improve their own operating efficiency and promote enterprises to gain a foothold and achieve development in the fierce market game has become a problem that current enterprise managers must seriously consider.
In order to study this issue in depth, this paper takes M Equipment Manufacturing Company as a sample and conducts a comprehensive and systematic analysis of it, so as to find out how discrete manufacturing enterprises in my country can further enhance their development advantages with the large-scale application of cutting-edge technologies. This study first systematically collected the public information and data of M Company, including company profile, development trajectory, main business composition, etc. In addition, it also detailed the basic situation of the company's current use of information technology. On this basis, this study further explores a series of problems encountered by the company in organizational management, cost control and scientific use of existing resources in the construction of informatization. Next, this study combined the actual situation of M Company and conducted a systematic analysis from the aspects of technology, management, organization, etc., and put forward reasonable suggestions for the company to further optimize the existing organizational model and improve the operating efficiency. At the same time, it also put forward suggestions for the company to scientifically allocate resources from all parties and attract external talents on a large scale. Then, the results of the application of information construction in M Company were analyzed. The results showed that in the past 20 years, M Company has continued to increase its investment in this area. The implementation of the new system has changed its original operating mode to a certain extent and has a positive impact on the development of the company. From the perspective of implementation effect, after the large-scale implementation of information transformation, the company has basically achieved real-time information capture and effective analysis and integration. The company's organizational structure and operating process have been significantly improved. The information construction has brought a qualitative leap for M Company, especially the company's daily production efficiency and management level have been improved; and based on the mastery of massive data, the company's senior management's decision-making is more scientific and accurate. In general, the construction and application of informatization has improved the company's operating efficiency to a certain extent, the operation level of the company's internal production workshop has been improved, the information transparency of various departments and production links has been unprecedentedly improved, the resource allocation effect has been significantly improved, and the operating cost has been greatly reduced. M Company can respond to the personalized requirements of market demand and service objects in the first time, thereby improving its development advantages in all aspects. To this end, this study first deeply analyzed the company's successful experience and understood its element support issues. The results show that the high trust and strong support of the company's decision makers, the scientific selection and reasonable use of key technologies, the concerted efforts of different units and the efficient communication and coordination of senior management, the active cooperation of front-line employees and the company's senior management's timely and timely initiation of information culture construction have all played a certain role. This study proposes a subsequent development plan for M Company, including further upgrading of the system, intelligent transformation of the operation mode, recruitment and training of professional talents, and further adjustment of the company's organizational structure. From a macro perspective, this study conducted a comprehensive study on M Company's practice of promoting the application of informatization on a large scale, which can provide a certain reference for similar enterprises and help promote the high-quality development of the entire discrete manufacturing industry. | en |
