dc.description.abstract | 大豆發酵產物和調控腸道菌相分布具有免疫調節的功能而達到減緩發炎反應的功能,然而還沒有研究指出腸道菌相與發酵產物之間的關係。本實驗研究目的為藉建立三種動物模式:異位性皮膚炎模式、耳朵腫脹過敏模式、腸道炎模式來探討餵食大豆發酵食品(SCLFP)是否可藉由改變腸道微生物菌相而改善過敏及腸道發炎疾病。(1)異位性皮膚炎模式:在老鼠背部皮膚以雞卵蛋白及金黃色葡萄球菌外毒素貼皮致敏,可觀察到皮膚的浸潤淋巴結中Th2相關的IL-4和Th17相關IL-17A、IL-17F表現有上升,且腸道Lactobacillus數量下降,且背部皮膚外觀有發炎反應,而經餵食SCLFP後,腸道內的Lactobacillus有顯著增加的趨勢,皮膚的浸潤淋巴結中抗發炎細胞激素IL-10和Th1相關的IFN-γ表現則有上升的現象,IL-4和IL-17A、IL-17F表現則有下降現象,並看到外觀觀察皮膚發炎有改善的現象。(2)耳朵腫脹過敏模式:以雞卵蛋白皮下注射於老鼠耳朵致敏,建立耳朵腫脹的遲發型過敏模式,經餵食SCLFP之後,腸道內的Lactobacillus有增加的趨勢,而腸繫膜淋巴結中IL-10表現則有上升的現象。(3)腸道炎模式:在老鼠日常飲用水中加入右旋糖酐硫酸酯鈉(Dextran sulphate sodium, DSS)引發腸道發炎,建立腸道炎模式,結果發現,餵食右旋糖酐硫酸酯鈉後,體重有下降,且大腸有發炎的症狀,腸道中Lactobacillus、Clostridium、SFB、Bifidobacterium數量有下降,Enterobacterium、Bacteroides數量有上升的情形,經餵食SCLFP之後,腸道內的Lactobacillus則有顯著回升的趨勢,脾臟因發炎而重量增加現象有明顯降低,而體重與疾病活性指數則無明顯差異。因此餵食SCLFP,可能透過調節腸道中菌叢分布並增加Lactobacillus數量,達到調節免疫的功能,進而降低過敏及腸道發炎的症狀。 | zh_TW |
